Shit shit shit shit--

I tapped my pencil over and over again on the test sheet. There was a test today that I C O M P L E T E L Y forgot!
I sighed, “Fuck..I can't do this.” It felt like I gave up on life. No, not a life. A test.

What makes it worse, it's a math test.
A damn math test. I'm terrible at math. How the hell was I supposed to do this! This.

I looked over and saw Min-Jun. He was looking really focused on his test. He probably studied, I thought.
He glanced at me then at his paper but then looked at me and did his signature bright smile that could light up someone's day in just a flash.

I smiled. Did you study? I mouthed. He shook his head, No, I didn't. I didn't have time to study.
I made an 'O' shape with my mouth and nodded. He smiled again then looked at his test.

After our class period or 45 cruel hours in hell, I could finally take a 30 minute break. Min-Jun came running towards me, “(Name)!” He shouted.
I turned around and smiled wide when I saw him. The only one who can make up my day.

“Ye-Yes-?” I responded nervously. He stopped when he stood in front of me and took a couple of deep breaths.
Shit..sorry, but did you do well?”

“What do you think?” I asked sarcastically and showed him the test.
His eyes went wide.

Fifty-six?” He questioned, not believing what he just saw. I nodded.
“What did you make?” I asked. I swear to god if he made a better gra-

“89!” He smiled happily. I pouted then crossed my arms, “No fair, I didn't study, you didn't study, how the hell did you make a better grade than me-!?”
I asked, a little louder than I was hoping for.

He seemed surprised and looked away disappointedly, “W-Well maybe I payed more attention in class than you did..” He mumbled. I frowned.

“Nah, you cheated.” I told him. He looked at me with a shocked look in his face then anger took over it, “N-No! I actually payed more attention in class than you did. Got a problem?” He questioned then tilted his head sarcastically and cutely.

Damn this guy...

“Nope,” I smiled then walked away. He sighed and walked with me, “Why can't you just be proud of me..?” He questioned in a sad tone. I stopped and he stopped as well and looked away from me.
“I am..just a little jealous is all..” I mumbled. He kept his gaze away from me and I frowned. Then I heard a few sniffles coming out of him.

Shit shit, he's crying because of me..

I freaked out and patted his back, “W-Wait I am proud! Don't cry-!” I said and tried to find something for him to stop crying.

“Such a crybaby.”

“Awe he's crying..”

“What did that bitch do..?”

“I don't know. But she must be a cold-hearted bitch to make him cry. C'mon, we should go.”

I clenched my fist and looked at Min-Jun, filled with guilt.
He sniffled a few more times then rubbed his eyes, “Mmm.. I should go. G-Goodbye (Name)..” He mumbled then ran away.

“Min-Jun!” I yelled. Of course I know he's not going to stop running. Now I was full with even more guilt..

I closed the door behind me when I entered my home. “Eomma-? Appa?” I called out.
Hm, they must not be home.

I saw a note then picked it up;

Dear (Name),

Hello, it's your eomma.
I went to the store then went to work again. My boss called me and said I will work a night shift again.
Don't worry, I'll be fine, I promise! Please clean the house and your room as well.
Love you! 💕

-Eomma ❤️

I smiled and placed the note down.
First clean, then work, and lastly, apologize to Min-Jun..
Piece of cake.
