I got the diary back! Yes! I snuck out of my building in the dead of night and scratched myself as I tried to procure the diary he took from me. If he read this, we would be dead. But at last I have found you! I shall continue writing in this diary as though nothing ever happened. Let's continue shall we? I have found myself stuck in this dirty, dusty, disgusting, horrible and depressing death camp called Auschwitz. The most famous place that tortured Jews and killed them. Or rather that's what I heard.

There was this crazy-mad doctor/scientist called Joseph Mengele who is also known to the Jews as the 'Death Angel'. He would capture and torture twins. He would inject a virus into a twins body keep the twins in separate room and see how they react. Do they react the same or will they have different reactions? He had a theory that the the twins would act the same, feel the pain of his/her other twin. At least Milli and I aren't twins but we still get tortured every hour.

He used electricity, radioactivity and gas to torture us. He was the cruelest doctor of all. Nevertheless, outside these electric walls, the Germans were cheering except for one. Oskar Schindler was hard-working and dedicated to running his million dollar factory producing missiles for war.

Oskar was famous and from what we heard, he was hiring the Jews from the Auschwitz and other camps. He hired us and told the Nazi soldier that he was going to make us work hard. He made up random jobs that made sense for people to work in a factory. But he didn't make us do it. He gave us fresh, purified water and hearty meals. And when the Nazi soldiers came to check on us.

He'd hurriedly shush us and clears up the bowls and plates and shouts at us. We'd shoot him terrified looks to make the situation look as real as possible. He returned with a menacing and stern gaze but his eyes said one thing. "It's okay." We would make ourselves work sometimes so our saviour Oskar Schindler wouldn't get caught. We were grateful that this man helped us escape once in a while from this miserable death camp. To us in these disgusting filthy camps, he is our light in the darkness. He is our flame. He is our only hope in living through this melancholic war...
