Haruhi woke up the next day with a terrible stomachache. She stumbled out of bed and into the living room, managing to squeak out a quick "Good morning, Katsu" before letting out a loud, pained groan. She used all of her energy to run into the bathroom and throw up. Bakugou walked over to the bathroom and watched as she threw the contents of her stomach into the toilet.
"Frick." He said under his breath. Bakugou looked around in the cabinet for a second before taking his phone out of his pocket.
"I have to tell Eiji to pick up some medicine from the store." He dialed a number on his phone and started talking. Haruhi tried to get up but Bakugou put a hand on her shoulder.
"Don't get up. I'm not cleaning vomit out of your bedsheets. I'll bring some covers over into the bathroom." He went back to talking on the phone. She slumped down and curled up on the floor. He came back into the room with some sheets and made a makeshift bed. She looked up at him, begging him to pick her up with her eyes. Bakugou rolled his eyes.
"Lie down and rest, Haru. Eiji will be here soon with some stuff to make you feel better. I am not going to get sick because of you, so I'm not coming in here much." He said.
"Can you at least bring me a coloring book?" She asked hopefully. He walked out of the room and came back with a few coloring books she had gotten at school.
"Yay! Thank you!" She said, getting to work on the book. Just then, the doorbell rang. Katsuki rushed to open it.
"Finally! My sister is dying in the bathroom and you just took your time getting here!" Katsuki said as he snatched the bag of medicine (and a few stuffed animals because Kirishima was weak for little kids) out of his hands. He shut the door and walked back into the bathroom. Haruhi took one look at the bag in his hands and groaned.
"I got the medicine." Bakugou said. After a bit of fiddling with the child lock, he poured out a serving into the clear plastic cup.
"Drink this." He commanded.
"No! That medicine is icky. I'm not going to drink it." She complained. Her brother stared at her with a look of disbelief.
"Haru, drink the medicine before I murder you." He growled.
"You're not the boss of me--" She stopped talking and slumped over the toilet as more liquid poured out of me.
"If you don't drink the medicine you're not getting the toys Kirishima got you from the store."
"There's toys? What are they?" She asked, childlike wonder blatant in her eyes.
"You can find out when you drink the medicine." He smirked as she reluctantly downed the contents of the cup, grimacing as it swooshed around her mouth.
"See? How hard was that?" He took the three small animals out of the bag and handed them over.
"Lookit! There's a giraffe and a frog and a monkey! They can play together! I still think the medicine was icky, bu now I'm oaky because i got new friends!" He laughed as he exited the room. Haruhi played with her new friends until she fell asleep.

"Dang it!" She heard from the kitchen, starting her awake. Her brother was trying to make soup. He walked into the bathroom and took out a bandage from the cabinet.
"Stupid stovetop." He cursed under his breath. Haruhi raised an eyebrow at him.
"You look super silly with that apron on." She giggled.
"Shut up!" He took the apron off and threw it at her, hitting her square in the face with unsurprising accuracy.
"Come into the kitchen, I made us food." Katsuki said, regaining his composure. Haruhi pushed off the floor, only to fall when she tried to stand for more than 2 seconds. She tried again, this time leaning on the bathtub for balance, but her stomach gurgled in protest, a sharp pain sending her to ground again.
"Ouch..." she said, tears threatening t make themselves known. To avoid a meltdown, Bakugou picked her up and carried her to the table. He set her down gingerly and placed a bowl of steaming hot soup in front of her. She used her best effort to pick up a spoonful but it fell, the spoon clattering to the table and spilling a bit of soup on its way down.
"I'm sorry, Katsu!" She sputtered, "I really didn't mean to, promise!" Bakugou took a few deep breaths to avoid losing his temper on a sick four year old and got up to get a paper towel.
"Shut up, I'll fix it. Just leave the spoon on the table, since you obviously can't eat by yourself like a big girl." He said, voice chocked full of salt. She folded her arms over her chest, looking upset at his words, she was NOT a baby! Bakugou came back into the room and picked up the spoon.
"Look at me and open your mouth." She did as she was told and her brother shoved a spoonful of steaming soup down her throat. She yelped at the temperature and Bakugou pulled back.
"Katsu! The soup is too hot. We gotta wait." She told him.
"I'm not waiting for you to stop being sensitive. If the soup is too hot then blow on it." He picked up another spoonful and tilted her head up. They looked at each other for a moment, confused, before Bakugo let out a harsh laugh.
"Well? Blow, stupid." She breathed a shaky breath onto the food before giving up.
"You do it." She instructed him. He made a wacky face and feigned anger.
"Do I have to do everything by myself?" He asked while blowing a large breath onto the spoon. She cackled at his funny face and let him slide the spoon into her mouth. He grinned pridefully at her reaction and blew on the next spoonful, doing the same face, making her laugh harder. With their newfound routine, they quickly got through the bowl.
