Cherries (Kak x Female Reader!)

A New Kid in Town.

The bell rang as my homeroom teacher walked in, she stood at the front of the classroom eagerly holding a strange boys shoulder. The boy had almost cherry red hair, styled strangely. He had violet eyes that struck as very caring, and a well balanced complexion. This new kid seemed like a very nice person to you.

She introduced him as Kakyoin, Noriaki Kakyoin. You liked it, it rolled off the tongue quite easily. The teacher told him to sit next to you. As he walked over you introduced yourself, "Hello Kakyoin! My name is (y/n) its wonderful meeting you, i hope we can get along!" He gave a sweet smile back and softly said "Thank you, i hope to be friends."

A couple minutes later class ended, and suprisingly Kakyoin asked you to accompany him to his locker. Your reputation here is just that of a mere teenager, so nobody really asked you for anything.

"(y/n) could you please walk with me to my locker?" the words rolled out of his mouth so smoothly, the way he talks was just so.... sweet and charming. How could anyone not like this guy?

As you were talking at his locker getting ready for next period, you find he is a complete bookworm and his taste in writing is almost the same as yours! You immediately knew you two were just meant to be friends. His sweet nature and your spontaneous joy were meant for one another.

At lunch that afternoon, you two sat together eating and totally nerding over the books you like. No one has ever liked the almost exact same books as you, so this is a totally new experience, and you loved every second of it.

"This book was so good! I can't even say how much story there was and the backstory was so good."

Kakyoin was ecstatic, he basically was yelling the whole time, who knew he had such an exciting side.
You two bonded almost instantly, Kakyoins gut was full of butterflies from all of the excitment. He really took a liking to you as soon as you met.

"Hey, Kakyoin it was really nice having lunch together today! How about we meet at the library tomorrow?" You practically shouted across the cafeteria to him, You knew it was a go when he held a big thumbs up towards you.

You make your way home, on your usual route so you can pick up a fizzy soda from a vending machine on the way home, but when you arrive at the machine you see.... Kakyoin! But whats he doing here?

"Oh hey (y/n)! I didnt think i'd see you here. I usually grab a drink from here whenever im in the area" Kakyoin softly explained to you, his voice is godly 😫. (alr now back to the real stuff)

"I usually stop by here after school everyday to grab a fizzy soda!" you exclaim walking towards Kakyoin. You only just realize how giant he is compared to you, Its kinda scary but cute at the same time. No matter how tall or short he is its all the same to you.
But he offers to walk with you to your home. You quickly accept, and you two begin walking with your drinks, occasionally sipping them between all the talking.
