Cherries (Kak x Female Reader!)

Monday.

You arrive at school on Monday, the front entrance is quite dull like always. Grey with white accents around the door, but you're quite used to it at this point.

"Dammit, we have a test today. Im totally gonna fail, aaghhh i forgot to study too!" you wail as you walk closer to the door. The test was on Traditional Japanese, and you could never really understand any of it.
The closer you walked towards your classroom the more anxious you got. The door swings open as you walk in and take your seat. Kakyoin looks at you and whispers, "Hey, (y/n) did you study?"

"No so im super nervous!" You silently squealed under your breath. To your suprise he offers to help to study after school today, for your next test next
week.

Being the average person you were, you accepted quickly. Now you two can hangout some more! This was definitely a win win situation. The teacher handed out the tests, and Kakyoin may or may not have helped you on a couple questions.

It was later in the day when you went over to where Kakyoin stayed. When you arrive you see a giant apartment complex which seemed easy to get lost in. Before school ended today he told you he lived in number 233 im the third building over, it seemed easy to find when you went looking.

Kakyoin hears a knock on his door and he opens it to find
"Hey (y/n), im super glad you could make it! Tonight will definitely be a good one now that you're here."

His words made you blush a bright red. No one had ever complimented you like that before, it made you feel fuzzy and warm. Kakyoin saw you blush, and honestly he thought it was super cute 🥺.

Nonetheless Kakyoin started explaining some of the characters to you, and slowly but surely you started to understand everything.

After awhile you suggested a break and Kakyoin agreed, he offered to let you play videogames with him, of course you said yes. He didnt give off gamer vibes but once you two started playing it became very obvious he really enjoyed video games.

The controls were fairly easy to the Racer game you two played. Just the plus looking thing, and the the colored buttons with the shapes of a square, a circle, a triangle, and an x on their circle faces. Kakyoin leaned forward in his chair as he focused, and naturally you did the same.

Maybe a couple rounds later Kakyoin says to you
"Im really glad we hit it off like we did, ive always had a troublesome time making new friends. When i was still in my last school i had a friend named Jotaro. He was my only real friend i had ever had, before you... honestly."

Kakyoins words sparked something in your heart. You felt real sympathy for him, and you scootched over to him and cuddled up and hugged him. Kakyoin was startled by your moves, but soon you found his arms were around you too.

Still wrapped in his strong muscular arms you mumble into his chest, "Kakyoin, im happy i can be your friend. Im just this normal teenage girl that nobody likes, so this is a different experience for me too. To be honest you are my first guy friend, and ive never had a friend like you."

Kakyoin blushed intensely and hugged you tighter, he was just so happy. You were the best thing that had happened to him in his entire life. Soon after you two release from eachothers arms Kakyoin asks to exchange numbers. So you hand him a piece of paper with your number. It was getting late, so you said your goodbyes and started on your way home. Tonight was a blessing put upon you.
