Chapter 1

Elsa's Pov

I am currently training when my phone beeps. I take my phone to check the message and it is from Natasha Romanoff.

"St. Andrea's park at 8.00 p.m."

I rush to my bedroom and dress into a tight frock before getting into my car and drive to St. Andrea's park according to the massage to find her already there.

I get out of my car and lock it. I run to my best friend and hug her.

"I missed you, Nat."

"I missed you too."

"Hey! Why did you ask me to come here?"

Then, she shows me a photo of the Tesseract on her cell phone. I take the phone for a closer look.

"This is the Tesseract. It has the potential energy wipe out the planet and It emits gamma radiation."

"What do you want me to do?"

"Well! Not me. It is fury. He wants you to find it. It is been stolen." Natasha says.

"Who took it from him?"

"Loki. He's not from around here. He's the brother of Thor. There's a lot we'll have to bring you up to speed on if you're in. The world has gotten even stranger than you already know."

"So, Is this about The Avengers? But the Avengers Initiative was scrapped I think."

"I don't know that. But you have to join with us."

"I am sorry, Nat. I have a mission to protect Heinrich Schafer."

Heinrich Schafer is a German scientist who owned a piece of Iridium at a secured research facility in Stuttgart, Germany.

"Elsa, Barton is been compromised." She tells me and looks down at her feet sadly.

"What?!"

"Yes. But he is alive. We need your help" Natasha states.

"I can't, Nat. Protecting Doctor Schafer is my job. It is important." I say and go back to my car and get into the driving seat and think about what Natasha said.

"I will tell to Fury that you will not join this mission. Go and finish your mission if that's more important than your friends. Work hard. Good bye." I heard a voice making me turn to see Natasha on her bike. She shakes head before she rides away.

'What should I do now?' I think to myself.

'I can not leave my mission before I complete it.'

'But I can not leave my friends at this time.'

At last, I decided to protect Heinrich Schafer and leave my friends.

After that, I arrive back at my home and continue my training angrily.
