Chapter 4

I stopped and turned around to see Jayden.

' sorry for interrupting you'

'i-is ok......I through I locked the door'

'You did but Mr Knote gave me and the guys a key to get in here if we needed to'
He holds up a silver key.

' ok'

I turned around and grabbed my stuff seeing as it was nearly lunch, and that's when the band practice. I was about to leave when Jayden stopped me.

'It's ok you can keep playing if you want, me and the guy will go rehearse somewhere else'

'No it's ok and I don't like playing in front of other people so.....'

I'm really shy about most things. Normally I don't talk to people. I think this is the most I've talk to someone in a long time.

'Why your really good you know'

As soon as he said that I blushed. No one has really said that to me before. I don't play in front of people because I'm scared of what they might think. I'm really self concuss.

'T-Thanks, but I've gotta go any way.'

With that I left. The hadn't gone quiet yet so I went to my locker and put all my stuff in there. I made sure I had my phone and headphones and left to make my way to the football field. I just got outside as the bell rang so I made my way to the top of the benches. I sat there for all of lunch and listen to music.

The bell went to signal the end of lunch so I went to my locker and grabbed my bag and went back to the music room I was in before. I started to play the piano. I played have have faith in my by A Day To Remember,

I reached the end of the song and it was only then that I realized someone else was with me in that room, and they sang the whole song. I was my only little music world so I didn't realize someone had come in. I turn around to see Jayden standing there.

' oh.. I didn't realize you where there'

'You didn't realize I was here but I sang the whole song while you played it?' He said with a small smile on his lips.

'Im sorry but some times when I play I get lose in my own little music world' I said smiling and putting my hands up in surrender.

' I know what you mean, by the way before I forget sirs looking for you'

'K' I replied

I left my stuff because I would be coming back after talking to him. I got to he's class room to find him just sitting in his chair staring of in to space.

'Um.. Sir you wanted to see me'

'Yes Vanessa as you know the school is having its performance evening so...'

The school performance evening was when students get to show of there talents to everyone. Jayden's band ' Imortality' are most probably going to play.

'Well Vanessa I wanted you to sing a song and maybe play your guitar or piano.'

Sir know I could sing because one day I was in the music rooms playing my guitar and I was singing and I didn't notice him because I was in my own little world. He also know how shy I am and tried to get me to do thing like this before but I always got out of them.

'But sir you know how shy I am, I'll end up running of the stage'

' I know your scared to sing in front of people but don't be, you need to over come this fear.'

'B-But I-I'

'Also have no chose , I put you up for it, so it's to late to back down'

I had no chose. I had to do it. My worse fear come true.

'O-oh k'

How did I know he would do something like this eventually to me.

'Well you can go and you might want to chose a song and start practicing it'

With that I left, scared. I just keep questioning my self.

What if I mess up,

I always do when it comes to stuff like this.

But the most important question is,

What song should I play.......
