ASHLEY'S POV
I woke up smelling coffee, beacon and mmh scrambled eggs. I love scrambled eggs. But I was confused since I didn't invite anybody and my mom was still in South Africa so what is going on.
Ahkeem didn't know how to cook. I doubt Calvin was still in my house, I don't have the money to afford a cook, now I'm scared that a burgler is cooking breakfast for himself.
I stood on my feet and had this sudden urge to vomit. Oh my God, eggs smell disgusting from up here. I wore my gown to tell the burgler to cook anything but eggs right now. Before I got out I heard whispers from female voices. This robber has a bitch in my house!? I was a little scared cause this person might have a gun, so I tried opening my door slowly but damn thes eggs were making me nauseous.
I got out and was surprised to see Ahkeem, Calvin, Brie and Bambi standing by my stove arguing about tomatoes. I scrunched up my nose as the smell got worse. They turned to look at me surprised...
"...oh Ash uh" Bambi started.
"What are y'all doing? And please throw that egg in the trash can, it smells disgusting" I roared covering my mouth and turning away.
I know I might've came out rude but peanut wasn't having it and I was still upset about what happened last night.
I saw them looking at each other in disappointment.
"Ahkeem said you liked scrambled eggs, we thought-" I cut Brie off looking at Ahkeem.
"Well now I hate it. He should know that" I said adding a double meaning to it, "You can just leave it out on the cold and let the flies have it. Or maybe someone else will wanna take it home, Ahkeem is very good at being irresponsible about alot of things so it shouldn't be a problem." I stood to go to my room cause I couldn't stand the smell and the sight of Ahkeem anymore. "Bambi I'm deadass serious about that egg, I'm 2 seconds away from vomiting" I finally said, leaving them in my kitchen dumbfounded.
I heard Bambi opening the trash can and sighing, Ahkeem just stood there like he doesn't know me and that's what pisses me off the most, acting like he's the victim.
A knock came from my room as I was brushing my teeth but I took my time, if it's Ahkeem, he'll learn to wait like I did and if it's his siblings, well...
I got out and saw Brie and Bambi standing by my bed holding a plate with breakfast. It was awkward so I just stood there waiting for them to talk.
"We're so sorry about last night Ashley, I honestly feel bad and when Calvin told me that you was out on the cold by yourself and how Michael and Chad brought you home, I'm disgusted by our behaviour. We should've at least considered taking you by ourselves but when you disappeared Ahkeem said an Uber already took you home and that also surprised me cause he's supposed to take you home and we looked for you in the club and outside and Ahkeem was already stressing that he abandoned you then when Calvin heard that he punched his head and he started crying-" I cut Brie off laughing.
"Oh my God, he cried!?" They both nodded and laughed. But I came back to my senses and gave them a straight face again, "me laughing with y'all doesn't mean what y'all did to me was funny and that it was okay. I'm going for a doctor's check up today to check on me and my baby... I mean someone has to do it. But I guess it's okay because y'all did it to me and I mean your brother allows it so who am I to go against y'alls tradition. I just don't wanna be around people who could potentially harm my baby, most importantly and just bring negative impacts the next morning." I ended making them dap their eyes, crying a little.
"We're so sorry Ashley. We'd do anything for you to just-" Bambi paused sobbing a little.
"I just need some space from this family and just treat me and peanut before she gets here. I'll tell y'all when I have her I promise. But I'll be having Casey over cause that boy can treat a woman" I said chuckling at the thought.
