Name: Rei Takami [older sister to Nina Takami]

Occupation: student at U.A [2nd year]

Quirk 1: Feather Control
Explanation: This grants them 2 large red-tipped black wings on her back and consequently the ability to fly. She can also telepathically control the movement of every individual feather, often using them as projectiles.

Drawback: Wings will become sore if feathers are removed and used constantly, and headaches if using too many at once

Quirk 2: Elemental feathers
Explanation: So this is an old one I'll tell you so Rei can make her feathers conduct any elemental. Her personal favorite is electricity, you'll see her use it or it getting a bit out of control later in the story.

Drawback: If she conducts an element for too long her protective coating on her wings will be worn away causing her pain, she tends to use this quirk less because she hasn't trained it enough

Personally: kind-hearted, spontaneous, hyper, the more you know her the more shit she'll give you about everything, very very hard to piss off

Looks: gold to black eyes, slits for pupils, ears are a bit pointed and sensitive, blonde hair from her father and a streak of pink from her mother, she's shaven one side of her head and the side that's grown the most reaches her shoulders

Extra: normally keeps a red and gold bow on due to it being the last thing Rei's mother gave to her before she disappeared, knows Aizawa personally
