Before school

FREDS POV:
We had arrived at kings cross when Mom pulled aside and said "Fred I know you like her a lot but don't lose her she's a keeper"
"I know she is mom, I think she might be my soulmate" I replied.mom held my cheek and said "I know honey, now go hurry you're gonna miss the train" "okay mom bye" I said walking away.once I was on the train I saw Ginny and George and y/n sitting in one compartment. I walked up to them and said "Ginny?" "My friends compartment was full so I'm sitting here" Ginny replied. I sat down next to y/n and talked to her about life and it was amazing. Y/n started to drift off and I told her she can lay on my lap so she would be more comfortable.She laid down and I played with her hair till she fell asleep. Ginny got up and brought Hermione Ron and Harry back to our compartment and they all started to make fun of us.I ignored them and admired her for a little bit. "You're gonna have to tell her someday" George said after Hermione,Harry and Ron had gone back to their compartment. "I know, I just don't know if she feels the same" I replied still playing with her hair "believe me she does" Ginny said looking 100% serious. We had pulled up to Hogwarts now and I shook y/n awake she got up and grabbed her stuff and we got off the train.Me and George went to our dorm and y/n and Ginny went up to theirs, "are you gonna ask her to the ball?" George asked me "I don't know" I replied "you definitely should, you guys are soulmates" we heard from behind us it was Ron. "Shut up Ron" I said, we had reached our dorm and Harry and Ron went to theirs. We had unpacked and went down to the great hall

Y/N POV:
George and Fred had just walked into the great hall and Fred sat next me on my left and George on my right,I looked at Fred and he smiled at me he has the sweetest smile ever god I love him I thought omg I love Fred Weasley I didn't have time to freak out so I just smiled back and I was clearly blushing. Dumbledore was now done telling us about the ball and everything else,We had started eating and Fred put his arm around my shoulders. George saw him and said "don't start snogging now please" we both shot him a look causing him to shut up and Fred and I laughed at George's face.After we ate we went upstairs and right as I was about to go up the stairs to ginny and i's dorm Fred grabbed me hand and my heart stopped and I got so many butterflies. He pulled me over to him and said "wanna have fun" "sure what do you have in mind?" I asked he said "we can't go now we'll get caught but meet me in the common room at 10 sharp" "okay see you then" I said walking away I could tell Freddie had followed me with his eyes all the way up the stairs, but I didn't care.I walked into the dorm with the biggest smile on my face "omg what happened did he kiss you yet?" Ginny asked "what no" I said "Dang so why are you all smiley" Hermione asked I walked over to my bet and said "If you must know, I just found out I do have a tiny little crush on Fred just maybe" "omg yay!" they said in sync. "Shut up" I replied. I hung out with Ginny and Hermione all night, it was now 9:50 pm I quickly got up got dressed into any shirt and shorts and walked out the door before I could leave Hermione said with a wink "have fun with Fred" I closed the door and walked to the common room and Fred was wearing shorts and a sweatshirt he held out his hand and I grabbed it he then pulled me out of the common room and we ran down the stairs and all around Hogwarts, we then ran out of the doors and into the quidditch field. We laid down and stargazed he pointed to the one shining above us and said "that one right there reminds me of you" "why?" I asked "because everyone sees how bright and beautiful it is one the outside but no one knows how beautiful it is on the inside too" I blushed and said "you're just saying that" "I'm being serious"he said I laughed and hit him then grabbed his hand and pulled him up and we ran back into Hogwarts.we were passing a closet when we saw mrs.Norris so he said "In here" and pulled me into the closet,it was super tiny he was standing behind me and something poking me in the leg I assumed it was his wand and he backed up a little giving me more room when I realized what it was.I ignored it and listened to see if anyone was there no one was so I looked outside and it was clear so I grabbed his hand and we ran back to the dorm he said "goodnight darling" "goodnight Freddie" I replied. I walked in and everyone was asleep so I climbed into bed and fell asleep with a smile on my face thinking of him.I woke up in the morning by Ginnys Hermonie and I alarm clock, I quickly got dressed into my robes and ran to breakfast with all my books as I was running to breakfast I ran into someone it was Cedric "oh hi y/n!" He said "hi Cedric" I said. He handed be the book I dropped and walked away "he was smiling at you" Ginny said from behind me "oh come on Ginny y/n and Fred are soulmates" George said from behind ginny I rolled my eyes at them when I saw Fred walk up I could tell that my face had lit up. Fred stood next to me and we walked to the hall together.
