I feel so relieved that I let that out, but I just hope he doesn't go blabbing to people or change he's view of me.

I also told Kristen about it and I'll hang out with her tomorrow.

I sighed and dropped my hair brush on my dressing mirror.

Today we were going for an event that mum planned to congratulate my dad's company becoming more successful.

I'm wearing a dress that's purple on the top with the lighter shades of purple going down...i don't know how to explain it, white strapped heels, with my hair swept side ways and a little bit of mascara and lip gloss.

I grabbed my red purse and put my phone, sanitizer, lip gloss, mint and stuff that I needed in it.

I walked downstairs and saw that everyone was waiting for me. I congratulated my dad and hugged him.

We all walked to the car and dad drove out of the driveway.

We reached there in less than 40 minutes.

I walked out of the car...yes...walked...out of the car.

I looked up...this place is amaze balls.

I walked in with them, though we used a different door that had a long black rug infront of it.

I climbed the stairs until we reached a balcony that overlooked everyone.

Woah, wow, wowcamoli.

Wowcamoli?.

There were 7 chairs there and I'm guessing that since we're seven...those are for us.

"Come on kids". Dad said and told is to follow him.

Dad sat in the middle, mum sat at his left, David sat at his right, I sat at mum's left, Laura sat at David's right, Destiny sat at my left and Laura's right remained empty while Jaden sat on mum's lap .

People quieted down as they gave my dad a micro phone.

He cleared his throat and started. "Good afternoon everyone, as we all know, we're here to celebrate my company's success. I thank everyone of you for giving me your time and coming here and I will also like to thank a few people. I will like to thank my wife, she has always been there for me through every step and I am more than grateful, Thank you Rachael". He said and smiled at mum and she winked back. "I will like to thank my wonderful kids who have been part of my motivation and my happiness". He said and turned to us and gestured for us to come hug him and we did. "I thank all my friends and work partners for also being with me through all my steps on the way, I thank you all... Now all you have some fun". He said and music blasted out from the speakers and there were disco lights shining everywhere.

People danced for some minutes while others sat.

As for me, I was too busy with my phone.

After 2 or 3 minutes, dad stopped the music.

"I will please like for everyone to get whatever food they choose from the banquet over there". He said and pointed to the table that had food in it and continued. "Then after that we will all be watching a video that was made by my company". He said and sat down.

"Kids what do you want?". Mum asked.

"I want white rice and chicken lap without stew". David said.

"Chips, ketchup and chicken nugget". Laura said well I knew she'll say that, it's her favourite food.

"Umm...Fried rice, chicken nuggets and sauce, ooh with a strawberry milk shake, thank you". I said.
