"Come on pretty girl." Carol cooed, let's get you cleaned up okay?" Gently, Carol carried her pet into her mobile home, having opened the door before opening the trunk of her car.

"I'm not a pet, I'm still human." Sarah whimpered quietly as she was carried inside.

"You're not a pet." Carol agreed, nodding slightly. "You're my pet, my pretty girl."

"That's not what I-" Sarah's retort was cut off with a sharp look from her keeper.

"You. Are. My. Pet." Carol repeated sternly, turning Sarah's head so they were looking each other in the eye. "You are mine. You will always be mine. And that is never, ever going to change pretty girl."

Sarah's cheeks turned pink at her keeper's words, they were just so...confident. "I kind of like it when she talks to me like that...wait." Her face paled, as a vicious shudder ran through her body. "Why did I think that? I hate it when people treat me like some kind of possession, yet it's okay when she does it? Is it the bond? Is it pushing me to accept it?"

So distracted by her thoughts, Sarah didn't notice as Carol set her down on a mat on the floor. She did however, notice when her keeper started unbuttoning her jeans and zipped them open. "W-what are you doing?!" Sarah screeched, slapping away her keeper's hands as she crawled backwards till her back hit the wall.

"Pet. Come here." Carol growled, her eyes flashing dangerously, pointing her finger in front of her. "You have three seconds, pretty girl."

"You were trying to take my clothes off!" Sarah snapped angrily, screaming at her keeper. "No way in hell am I going to let you do that!

"That's it pet. I've been very understanding with you today." Her keeper growled as she stalked forward, every step sounding like a gunshot to Sarah's ears. "You've slapped my hands away twice, you've screamed at me, you've tried to fight the bond, and you defied a direct order just now." Her keeper never raised her voice, she didn't have to. Every word sent a jolt of pain into her heart as guilt settled in her stomach. "You've been a bad girl."

The instant the words left her keeper's lips, calling her a bad girl, tears sprang from Sarah's eyes as a sudden rush of emotions swallowed her whole. Guilt and grief and an overwhelming sadness swirled around and within her, she was drowning in her emotions. She couldn't breathe, she couldn't-

The gentle touch of her keeper's hand on her tear stained cheeks brought her focus away from her dark emotions. It was like a bright light in a never ending sea of darkness. Sobbing loudly, Sarah leapt at her keeper, nuzzling into her shoulder. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'll be good, please don't call me a bad girl, I'll be good, I promise!" Sarah cried out, her tears soaking her keeper's shirt.

"Shhh, it's okay pet. I know you'll be good." Her keeper's words were soft as she rubbed Sarah's back gently. "I'm sorry I had to scold you, but you have to listen to me, I'm not doing these things to hurt you. I'm doing them to protect you and make you happy."

"B-but I don't like this! A-any of it!!" Sarah cried. "I don't want to be a pet! I don't want you to be my-" Sarah gagged as her throat tightened, like someone was choking her as icy fingers clenched around her heart. Seconds felt like hours as she struggled to breathe, her hands clawing at her throat roughly, giving herself long red scratches along her pale throat.

"Hey, hey, none of that!" Her keeper said, pulling her pet's hands away from her throat gently, but firmly. "It's okay pretty girl, it's okay." She whispered soothingly, giving her pet a soft kiss on her forehead. "You can't fight the bond sweetheart. You'll only end up hurting yourself if you try."
