Chapter 17

Izuku POV:

I woke up with a almost familiar feeling in my head as it hurt.

"So you're awake, your papa is very worried about you and your dad is trying to sleep. As usual. Your all good to go kiddo, just try and stay calm because your...other quirk went a little hang wire when you were asleep."

"Okay, th-anks gramma chio."

"Mhmm. You get put there soon"

She said as she left after handing me a glass of water. It was Saturday so I didn't have school, luckily. I got up ready to head home and get some quirk practice in, and so I could hopefully regain my destructive quirk under control, again.

I left the room and got infutualed in a hug from papa. "Oh thank goodness your okay!"

"S-sorry about that!!" I laughed as he let me go. "Your dad is home, we will head there you can do whatever you need to do to get over your....thing. Bakugo is not hurt, no. He is okay. Although he did say something like 'deku' but I'm not sure. Anyway let's get you home!"

"okay, thanks papa."

We arrived home as papa and I went in the house dad gave me a ruffle of my hair. He doesn't show affection often so a ruffle on my head is him telling me 'glad you're okay, love you'

After some food and lots of water I went to the secure room that I'm allowed to use my...curse in.

As soon as i was left alone to do what i needed to i saw one of the versions of my curse come out. There are 3 different types, the one where soem type black mist come out and what ever I touch get destroyed. The second is when I'm in panic everything around me starts to get destroyed and only if I stop it or I get knocked out it will stop. The thrid...I'm not to sure of yet. It kinda gets destroyed but in a weird way then goes back the disappears. Idk..

Black mist thing started to come out of my hands as I shifted the mist to my elbows back to my hands. After working it simply I felt that I had control over it again. I felt I had control over myself again. I let out a sigh of relief as I didn't have to worry to much.

I left the room. Obviously dad was watching me. "You're getting better at that. You should use it in the sports festival if needed, of course only version one."

"Ha, ya right" I said. Seriously? Use it. At a public event that basically the whole country is watching? Dad must be crazy. As if he was reading my mind he said

"You'll have to use it some day in the public. Anyway, why dont we go to that café that we always go to."

"Really!? Yay! Sorry! I didn't mean to be so loud!" What's wrong with me.

Dad just gave me a weird look as we headed to the front door to go.

-time skip-

We arrived to the café, when I spotted a familiar white and red head, cute teen. "H-hey dad, I'm going to talk to todoroki. You k-know what I like"

I said befor I went to where todoroki was sitting. Just before I went to go say hi to todoroki dad said "no boyfriends till you're 18 mister."

"Shush!"

He rolled his eyes as I lefted still a bit flustered from what dad had said to me. Plus todoroki would never, never, never, date me.

"H-hi todoroki!" I said as I plastered a smile on my face.

Todoroki POV:

I look up from the book I was reading, to see Izuku. What even is his second name? He had that some what cute smile on him face. Cute?
Whatever, I bet that smile has never had a pained day.

(Idk if you can tell but I'm kinda making todoroki envy izuku but todorokis naive in a way. Like he thinks izukus life was perfect, you'll understand why I did that later)

"Hello, izuku. Can I help you with anything?" I say back to him hopefully he would just go away.

"No, n-nothing in parti-cular. J-juat wanted to s-say hi..he sorry for bothering you. I'll just leave, hope you enjoy your book!"

Does he have so sort of speech problem? (No offense to people who do have speech troubles!)

"Bye"

I said as I went back to my book not interested as to where he went off to.

Izuku P.O.V:

Gosh, that was so awkward!
Never again! Nope.

"Here izuku. How was talking with todoroki?"

"Thabk dad, and I kinda spluttered and left.."

"Thought so. Now let's go back home, you have training tomorrow and I have patrol I a couple hours."

With that we left.

No much happened in this chapter except a character relationship building..and izuku explaining his quirk.
