I'm not completely sure why i'm sending you this letter, but I want to say sorry. Sorry for the years of pain and being bullied. Sorry for everything.
I wrote to you a while ago to tell you that my wife was pregnant and you never replied so I don't know if you got my letter. Today my daughter turned 11 and we received a letter. She's a witch and has been accepted to hogwarts.
I hope she grows up to be just like her Uncle Harry. That is my one wish.
