The light flickered on as a little girl hopped inside the room. She tapped her foot on the wooden floor impatiently as her grey eyes scanned the whole room. Not finding what she wanted, she threw things here and there and her pale hands searched the whole room for the rectangular item she needed. Her brows furrowed as the small messy room did not give a sign of her necessity. An older lady walked in the room looking around the mess the little girl had made. She shook her head as the girl barely noticed her and continued doing what she was doing.
“Daisy, what are you doing?”
The girl stopped at her mother’s voice. She looked at her mother, eyes wide and ran to her, avoiding all the obstacles she had thrown here and there during her search.
“Mom! The remote! The TV REMOTE! I CAN’T FIND IT!” grabbing her mother's both legs with her small hands, perhaps, in an attempt to shake her.
After the initial shock, Daisy’s mother shook her head, chuckled in her hand as her other hand made its way to the shelf to retrieve the remote her daughter was finding so desperately. The little girl, Daisy squealed with utter delight.
“Thankyoumomthankyouthankyouthankyou!” Her nose crinkled as she smiled and her blonde hair bounced up and down with her. She hurriedly turned on the TV, the biggest smile on her face as a red carpet and several people with cameras came into view.
The mother looked at her daughter, head tilted, brows furrowed, “Daisy dear, What is this?”
The young girl opened her mouth to answer but the sound of TV cut her off.
“Good morning Paris, this is Nadja Chamack with cameraman Sherlock Wikkins. We are at Daily Planet, Metropolis where Style Queen and Damian Wayne are going to answer some questions of their fans. From what we have gathered, there were endless letters sent in love from all of you, but only a few chosen ones will be answered by the most beloved people of the whole wide world. They can be arriving here any minute now. Stay tuned.”

The cameraman put the camera back on his place. His companion, Nadja wrapped her arms around herself and sighed an exhausting sigh.“What’s up?” He put a supporting hand on her shoulder.
“Marinette gave me the opportunity to be one of the few reporters that will be present inside during the interview." A single tear fell from her eye.
“What's the problem in that?"
“I wasn't there for her. When she was taken out of her house crying and laughing like madmen. I wasn't there to stop Tom as he slit Sabine's throat, I wasn't there when he suicided…"
“Listen." He shakes her shoulders.
“You couldn't have done anything even if you were there. And she believes in you! She sees a mother in you! This just proves it!" He wiped away her tears,“Now, hurry up. We don't want to miss the interview now do we?"
She smiled weekly. Not so far away from there, was a limo driving towards them.
A bluenette sat in the backseat, eyes sparkling with excitement and nervousness. A man sat with her looked at her with his hard green eyes which softened as he looked into her own Bluebell eyes.
“I'm with you." Her lips bent upwards at that.
“Always." They looked into each other's eyes and with their hands intervened together.
“We are here." All the people present in the limo looked themselves up for any flaws.
The power couple went first. The bluenette also known as the style queen went out hand in hand with the Wayne heir. She waved at the crowd and put on a small smile as her red dress glittered with the camera flashes.
“The moment we have all been waiting for is here. The style queen Marinette Dupain Cheng and Damian Wayne also known for being the power couple of Gotham and Paris have arrived!" This time the reporter's voice was filled with joy.
Marinette and her boyfriend walked with grace and proffecionalism with their family not far behind, all wearing MDC originals.
The security closed the gate when they all entered securely. The bluenette smiled at the woman who she was waiting so patiently for.
"Aunty Nadja! Comment ça va?" The woman hugged back.
“Everything is great. Manon misses you a lot. Congratulations Marinette."
Marinette smiled. Then a person hugged her from behind. If it weren't for the familiar aura, she would have flipped him.
“Uncle Jagged…" She said in his rock n' roll way.
“Marinette! Our favourite niece!"
“Oh you are sharing me now huh?" The smirk that graced her lips made Jagged stutter.
Huffing, he said, “You are a niece to Penny as much as you are to me."
She chuckled as her hand scratched Fang's belly.
The voice of Louis made her stop, “It's time Marinette."
She nodded. She and Damian sat on a couch and the whole family on the other. She took a deep breath as the camera started broadcasting them to the whole world.
Everything will go fine.
