CATALINA SANTOS WAS NEVER LOVED IN the way that a young girl is supposed to be loved. She never had family, or friends who cared for her, simply put, she never had anything at all. She always pretended she didn't mind but, deep down she did, and it showed.
The world turned her into a cold person, and there was certainly no turning back from who she was. If Cat needed something, she knew some poor lug would happily give it to her if she bat her eyelashes in just the right way. So essentially, the world was cold but, Catalina Santos was colder.
Then she turned into a vampire which, was probably the biggest mistake her sire had ever made. She was colder now, meaner, and would do anything she could for just a hint of blood.
Plus, with her compulsion skills? The world was at her fingertips.
