Jeon Jungkook, heir to the Jeon Mafia. Went along a normal life. When he turns 18 he shall accept and lead the mafia.

Park Jimin, Jungkook's best friend. Been with Jungkook since the beginning. Jungkook listens to anything Jimin says.

"Move it, punks!" Jungkook claimed as he clobbered the last guy in the face.

"Yeah, get em, Kook!" Hoseok cheered as he stood behind Jungkook so he didn't get hurt.

"I don't see you helping, Horse." Jungkook sighed.

"So cold! You would never call Jimin hyung a horse!" Hoseok wailed.

"That's because he doesn't look like one. He is an angel, a perfect angel and he's all mine!" Jungkook stated with a bright fantasy sparkle in his eyes.

"Oi! Jungkook- ah." Jimin called as he walked towards the two with his hands in his pockets and a calm face.

"Jimin-ssi! Oh, how I've missed you!" Jungkook said, slamming Jimin into a great big hug.

"Hey, Jimin hyung." Hoseok waved and smiled.

"Hey, Hobi." Jimin nodded.

"Well Hobi, we are off. Bye!" Jungkook squealed like a child as he and Jimin began walking to Jungkook home.

"So you're picking fights again?" Jimin questioned carelessly.

"I didn't start it, those punks did!" Jungkook answered. "I stopped getting myself in fight when you told me to stop. The only fights I get into now are when someone else starts them."

"I believe you." Jimin assured. He knew Jungkook wouldn't lie to him so he trusted what Jungkook was saying.

"Great!" Jungkook beamed.

"You will be a great leader one day, Jungkook." Jimin suddenly said. Jungkook got quiet and even stopped walking.

"I'm not accepting the inheritance." Jungkook stated. Mr. Jeon coughed up his tea at the sudden statement.

"W-what do you mean, son?" Mr. Jeon asked.

"I mean I don't want to." Jungkook responds, crossing his arms like a child.

"What do you mean, Kook?! Your father must retire and you are the next heir!" Taehyung exclaimed.

"How could you put Jimin up to trying to convince me to accept it?! That's pretty low!" Jungkook claimed. "I made up my mind long ago. I won't accept the inheritance. Give it to Lisa or something." Jungkook said seriously. His voice got deep his smile long gone from his face. A scowl was presented with his seriousness resonating off him before he up and left.

"I thought that he would for sure give in when you said it, Jimin." Taehyung sighed. Jimin sat quietly and just pondered silently over why it was so hard for Jungkook accept the inheritance. He wants what best for Jungkook, of course he does but...

He is scared that his own selfishness will eventually get in the way. 'Distance. I need to distance myself from him even more.'
