If only you would tell,

tell me that you loved me.

it would make my day special.

if only you could see.

It would make life perfect,

but the word perfect isn't true,

because there is always something wrong

-something to make you feel blue.

My love grows greater,

each and every day

But it only makes it harder,

when I dislike the words you say.

You can always make me happy,

even when I'm a mess.

When you treat me bad,

I don't love you any less.

If you loved me back,

it would really be the best,

but I know it's never happening,

So there's no need to be depressed.
