Nayeon's P.O.V.

I can't stop thinking about yesterday. And I honestly didn't know what to say for lying and being there and second was I didn't knpw how to act especially that,

She confessed to him first.

And though her only objective was to only let out her feelings, why do I feel like it's hurting me so much?

From the way they were together that day, from the way she's so confident to tell her feelings and from the way they got into that position because he helped her as she got hurt.

Jealous?

But she's my own friend. I know she has no intent to try to grab Jungkook all to hers but if she does, it's fine since me and him aren't in a relationship at all.

Which makes me in no position to get jealous.

I sighed. I should have just met him yesterday and told him my feelings. That way, I wouldn't be like this.

Yet I'm already a little late...

What if he catches feelings for her instead? What do I do... I know she deserves it when that day comes, but I realize, it hurts. I love him same as how he does.

And it might be too late if I don't tell him my feelings any sooner.

Irene's P.O.V.

"Are you not going to work yet, Joo-hyun?" Nayeon asks in concern, while I just let out a sigh.

"Haven't you heard of it yet? Her boss fired her because she did something she didn't do." Jennie appears out of nowhere, wearing her leathered jacket.

"Oh, since when were you updated of your friends' well beings? You're always busy going to dates." Lisa says.

"Lili, you haven't heard that she stopped going to blind dates too? She's starting to act so weird and not herself." Nayeon says while eating another pack of biscuits.

"And did you know, that you Nayeon are eating the 5th pack of biscuit, finishing our stock of food?" I said, which made her stop.

"Sorry, kinda got hungry okay?" She says, munching on biscuits again. "So, what's gonna hapen to you now that you lost your job?" Lisa asks, shifting the topic back to me.

"I guess I'll try finding a new job today. There's no other choice anyways." I sighed.

"I'm going now. Bye." Jennie says in a low tone, slamming the door behind her and she left. "You think something's weird with her?" Lisa raised her brows.

"I don't think so. She's just the same as she is except that not as talkative anymore, especially when she talks about how her dates went."

And of course all she says were her dates were horrible as hell.

"Also, I heard that she's not talking much with Jungkook anymore. They kind of are friends yet he said she's avoiding him like how she avoids us." I added, which made both of them face different directions.

Jennie is already weird, but both of them are even more weird.

Was it because of Jennie? Or because I mentioned Jungkook's name?

And without knowing, both of them started to get their bags and wore their shoes and coat.

"I have to go now. My slutty ass manager's gonna kill me." Lisa says, shutting the door as she exits. "I have to go now too, I still have stuff to do."
