Dear father,
When children my age jumped in joy at seeing their father, I flinched when I saw you.
When my friends have I love yous coming from their fathers I only had your cold words.
When you gave more importance to your Ballentine's, than I ever gave me. I was jealous of that whisky bottle.
I always tried to see your side of the story but I never understood you.
I don't blame you, I do not hate you,
I only pity your children who pay the price for your actions.
And I just hope that someday you can love me the way I am without thinking about what a third-party will think.Thank you for everything,
Sincerely your daughter.
