Should I trust again?

At the Jaureguis' house

Jewel POV

"hey relax we are almost there" I heard her say which made me look at her I just nodded and look back foreword.

We got to their house and walked inside I followed Lauren to a room and she said "this is your room Jeweliana" she said as she opened the door. I walked inside and looked around. It. Was. Perfect. My mouth dropped open, Lauren probably saw it as she walked in front of me kneeling down to my height closed my mouth with her index finger.

"Come on now it's almost time for dinner lets go down stairs and help them with the table" she said and I nodded. We headed down stairs to see the Jauregui family already in the kitchen. The parents making dinner, Taylor and Chris helping with getting plates and knives and forks out. They handed the things to Lauren and she handed me the knives and forks. I placed them next to the plates that she placed.

A couple of minutes later Mr and Mrs Jauregui were finished making dinner. We all sat at the table and started eating our spaghetti. I was obviously the first one finished because I don't really eat much. I put my fork down signaling them I was finished. I could feel the stares from the Jauregui family. "Have you finished eating?" I heard mrs Jauregui ask and I nodded.

"Lauren can you help her putting the leftovers away?" She asked Lauren "sure" she said. She picked me up from my chair and placed me on her hip taking my plate right after. She walked in to the kitchen and took out a lunch box where she put my leftovers in and put them in the fridge. After that she took me to my room and put me under my covers, she kissed me on the forehead "goodnight little one" she smiled and handed me Melody after squeezing it, and with that I drifted off to sleep
