Lorenzo's POV

We're escorted by military men up to the gate outside the warehouse. They badge us in and we walk through the doors. The tension in the room was thick and I could tell everyone has questions and concerns. More importantly, I could tell the tension was directed more towards Chrissy.

I joined the others as we all faced her. Deacon was the first to speak, "Sabrina, is it?"

She inhaled deeply and spoke, "Deacon, please...let me explain."

"Explain what? How you've been lying to me this whole time? I don't even know your full fucking name! Did you ever love me?" He yelled as she bowed her head.

"Yes, Deacon. I did and I do but you wouldn't understand."

I interrupt her. "Understand, huh? That's becoming a broken record."

"Okay, everyone. I know I fucked up and I'll do everything in my power to fix it. Please can we just-" Keisha interrupted her.

"Just what Chrissy? Act like nothing happened because it did and we're your bes-"

Chrissy turned to look at Keisha, "Keisha, please I can't take this from you too."

"What the fuck do you mean?! I watched my wife cry day and night, damn near not eating, and getting no sleep over your selfish ass. You'll let her speak! She deserves that much from you!" Sal screams and Chrissy jumps back.

Deacon walks up to her and pulls a box out of his pocket. "I had plans to propose to you and I told Dre and he thought I was out of my mind. I defended our love because I knew deep down inside, you were the one. That was until I met Lorenzo. Who filled me in on a lot of shit you kept from me. Not only were you previously engaged but you were pregnant! And apart of a criminal crime family!"

Chrissy gathered herself and place her hands over her face crying. She looked at all of us and we looked at her. The room was silent for a few moments and she stepped forward. She spoke softly and said, "what can I do to make it up to you all? How can I fix this?"

I responded. "You can't because the damage has been done. You played all of us and although we love you. We can't trust you. Your carelessness almost got you and the girls killed. I think we all need time and I think you need help."

"I can't be alone with Matteo still out there!"

"Well, you should have thought about that shit before you put us in this predicament!" Tony walks out with Naomi by his side.

Everyone else follows and Chrissy and I are left alone.

"Please don't do this Lorenzo. I'll do anything but you don't know what Matteo is capable of or what he did to me and you said you would help bring him down. Please I'm scared to be alone!"

I walked up to her and grabbed her face. I bent down and stare her in the face, "I don't care! You're dead to me."

She drops to the floor and cries out.

I walk out the door and that was the last time I saw her.

Two Years Later

Chrissy's POV

I was living in Santorini, Greece and I had been here ever since the night two years ago. I fell in love with this place in my earlier years in college. I was in my dream home that I had built last year and although I'm out here alone. I feel safe and made sure my house had top-notch security. I've been celibate for some time and don't plan to get into a  new relationship any time soon. I think about that day every day and even through it all, I miss my family. I've tried to contact them countless times and make up for the lost time but I can never get in contact with anyone. It's like they disappeared off the face of the earth. I've given up now but it hurt me the most last year, I was devastated.

I'm more than anxious now and I still fear Matteo will find me. I try to remain positive and not let him consume my mind. After all, maybe he's dead. I mean I wasn't the only one he was after. Maybe Lorenzo, Tony, and Sal took care of him for Keisha and Naomi's sake. I'm running late on some errands, so I throw my hair in a ponytail and check myself in the mirror. These past two years I've learned to take care of me but most importantly, I've learned to love myself. I've put on some healthy weight and my body is looking pretty amazing. After all, being alone a girl's got to hype herself up right?

I smooth out my fitted cotton dress and head out the door. "Hi, Mrs. Mables!" I smile and wave to my next-door neighbor. She's an older Greek woman who's just a doll and has helped me ever since I moved over here.

"Hey, my dear, heading out?" She asked.

"Yes, just running some errands. I have a few things to grab before 1 pm." I say smiling at her.

"Be careful dear. I'll make some tea and sandwiches for your return." I wave at her. "Bye, Mrs. Mables!"

I have a car but the village is so small everything is within walking distance. The grocery store is about two miles away and it's a good way for me to get exercise in. I take in the air as I breathe and it smells like home-cooked meals. A lot of my neighbors are elderly and the women are always in the kitchen with the window open whipping something up. I smile as I passed my neighbors as this has been a routine of mine for some time now.  Everyone knows me and everyone has been welcoming to me.

I keep walking until I reach the storefront, I walk and with a smile and I'm greeted by the owner. "My dear, Chrissy! We've got some fresh baklava just for you!"

"Oh my Mr. Drakos, my favorite! Thank you!" He smiles as he hands them to me.

"How much do I owe you?" I say digging through my purse.

"Oh shush, it's on the house. Hurry and get what you need it's almost 1 pm!" He reminds me and I smile and grab a basket for a few items.

I pay for my groceries and head to the post office.  On the way I see a street vendor selling my favorite flowers, sunflowers. I stop by and grab two and I inhale their scent. I checked my watching seeing that I was cutting it close on time and I quickly ran across the street to the post office.

The door chimes as I walk in and a man pops up behind the counter with frazzled hair and crooked glasses. "Hey, Mr. Galanis!" I speak while giving him a hug over the counter.

"Chrissy, nice to see you on this beautiful Friday morning! Here to pick up your package?" I nod. "Yes! I got an alert on my phone saying that it was delivered today."

He leaves to go in the back to retrieve my package and I check my phone for the time. "Shoot, I need to hurry," I say to myself as he comes back.

"Here it is." He looks over his glasses while reading the tag.

"You order from Sam's Beauty so much Miss Chrissy, I think you have enough of that." He smiles at me.

"Mr. Galanis, are you flirting with me?" I chuckle at him.

"Oh no, Mrs. Galanis would wring my neck." I laugh at him as he looks frightened. "Well, you know I love Greece but unfortunately I need special products for my hair and I can't find them here," I say to him.

He looks at me attentively as I begin to explain only to see I'm losing him. I chuckle as he looks completely confused, "Don't worry about it, Mr. Galanis. We'll finish this discussion another time."

"Well, it was nice to see you again. The Mrs. said to come over for dinner next week. She's making one of your favorites Spanakopita! It's been a while and she misses you!" He says.

"Of course, I'll be by. Thank you so much! See you later!" I yell as I rush out the door with 10 mins left.

I'm walking quickly making sure I'm not late. I turn the corner and see a playground with a few children out playing. I look to my right where there's a small childcare center and across the street is the beach. It's a beautiful day outside and everyone seems to be taking advantage of the weather.

My head turns when I hear the sweetest words, "Mommy!"
