"It worked y/n" Joon said, "Lee thinks he got us again."

"Mhmm" I hummed in response and continued "did you make sure he's coming to the ball

"Yes ma'am, he'll be there even if it's not for the ball, I sent Jackson to set up a bug in Lee's system, there's a deal happening that day but I'm not quite sure what they're doing"

"Work on it" I said patting his back as I walked outside

*Ring ring*

"Hello?"

"I found his location, he's in town right now" the lady said

"Hmm, click some pictures when you see him" I said as I cut the call.

I haven't seen him in so long, I don't think he even knows I exist, I don't remember his face or name, I always used to call him candle when we were kids, he got that name cause he poured melted wax on himself and lit his hair on fire because he saw God in his dreams who said he's born to show light to people. Dumbass. That's the only thing I remember of him.

I was cut off by kook shoving pizza in my face

"The fuck dude?"

"You need to eat noona, you look like shit since you saw Taehyung"

"And pizza is healthy?"

"Yeah whatever we need to go shopping" he said munching pizza

"Ew no"

"What are you planning to wear to the ball? Those jeans and boots that you wear all the time?"

"Why do you have a problem with my boots bruh, they did nothing to you"

"They did so much to other people though"

Oh yeah I forgot, they had spikes in its sole that I occasionally use to smash people's faces, just occasionally

I don't even wanna bother arguing with this guy, he plays with words

"Oh you need to tell Taehyung about this ba-"

I couldn't finish my sentence before I saw a bullet go through kook's arm

"Get down" I yelled and ran to see where he was hurt

"I'm fine noona shoot the guys"
I cocked my gun and got ready to shoot when I saw three holes in the glass window through which the bullet came

"Jungkook stay low, go to my room and lock yourself inside", I barely whispered so I don't make any noise and walked against the wall

The guy who shot kook had his back in front of me, he was shot, his two partners layed dead beside him
I look up to see Tae with a fuming gun in his hand

"Why the fuck are you here" I yelled

"Jeez kitten I just saved your life don't you think you need to thank me first"

"Oh fuck off "

I ran back to kook who was still laying there with his bleeding arm

"I told you to go to my room" I said and pressed his wound

"And let you fight these guys alone?"

"Well you were not exactly helping either"

"The fuck is he doing here" kook said as he cocked his gun pointing at Tae

"Hey hey calm down kook he killed the shooters and come with me I'll fix your arm"
