(A/N: First Lemon of the book but anyways in the actual book this lemon takes place after Ein had just gotten back to the cabin after he had just put Zane under his control and sent Zane back to the lodge. Ein: "Oh n/n Darling~ can you bring me up stairs I'm a little tired though I can walk up them on my own but i kind of like that your carrying me"
y/n: "Sure."
*carries him up stairs and sits on the bed with him on her lap and continues to pet him*
Ein: "Thank You Darling~" *Nudges her in delight of the pets and flips over on back so she continues to pet but my belly instead*
y/n: "Your welcome" "And Awwwwwwwwwww does the puppy want belly rubs hehe"
Ein: *blushes and squeaks out* ".....yes....."
y/n: "Awww Alright" *pets his belly for a little*
Ein: "yeah" *lets tongue flop out and pants a little like a dog*
y/n: "Honestly babe you're even cuter in your wolf form then you are in werewolf form hehe" *boops his snoot and continues to pet him*
Ein: *blushes from the complement and the snoot boop* "St-Stop it Darling~ you're making me blush" "even though you probably can't tell through my fluff"
y/n: "No because its true" "Also I can tell your blushing through your fluff and its adorable"
Ein: "St-Stoop" *blushes harder* "Also h-how can you t-tell"
y/n: "Because babe I've known you since we were pups and dated you since high school so I know whenever you start to blush because you always stutter when you do and it's adorable"
Ein: "D-Damn it" *blushes even harder and flips back over so she does scratches behind the ear* "You know me to well"
y/n: "yep hehe" *continues to pet him*
-Time Skip to a few minutes later-
Ein: *starts feeling a little hot and thinks to self*
"Damn it I need her to stop petting me I'm going into heat. The pets feel so good though ugh"
Ein: "Darling~ can you stop petting me?"

Ein: "Trust me you really should stop even though I'm enjoying it a lot"
*feels self get even hotter*

Ein: *perks ears up to what y/n said and blushes super hard adding to making me even hotter to the very peak finally making me go into heat*
