✨ blur effect - driving ✨

hi guys ! today i'll be showing y'all how to use the blur effects to give an illusion of a car driving by. if that doesn't make sense, just look at the final result a few paragraphs down !

also, i had no idea what to make a tutorial on so that's why i chose this ! please make sure to leave some suggestions in the comments !!

i hope this is helpful since no one requested but it's a cool trick so yeah !

first, i open picsart and set the city as my background and add the car picture on top

first, i open picsart and set the city as my background and add the car picture on top. i then erase all the background of the car picture and just leave the girl and the car, it ends up looking like this:

(i forgot to erase a bit of the pavement from the original picture but it won't be noticeable at the end so it's okay lmao)

next i add a few effects/filters to make the car match the colors and vibes of the background. then, i go to effects and click on "blur" there should be a few options to choose from but i went with " motion blur " -

i then click on the eraser at the top and then on "background" this makes only the background blurry. i erase the blurriness on the car and make sure only the background is blurry, it looks like this:

then i add it and click on that effect once again

then i add it and click on that effect once again. i add a bit of it around the edges of the car and the girls hair to give an illusion that there's wind and to make it look more realistic. now it looks like this:

i then add a few extras to make it look more manipulated and my text on phonto and that's it !
