" Bhagne ki aadat ho toh himmat kabhi nahi hoti. Aur hogi bhi kaise.. Pehle bhi nahi thi.. Aur aab toh.." Suman said with a straight face and sat right opposite to Shravan.

*Flashback*

"Rahul, Shravan aajkal Suman se kuch zyada he baat nahi karta?" Shivam asked Rahul as they sat in the canteen sipping tea..

"What do you mean?" Rahul said putting his cup down..

"Mai ye kehna chahta hu ke camp se aane ke baad dono kuch zyada he baat kar rahe hai.. Just the other day I was coming here and i saw them smiling as they went out..."

Rahul's eyebrows frowned.. He had a huge crush on Suman since Freshers Day and was even rejected by her..

"  They may be friends. Vaise bhi why would Suman take interest in a padhaku like him? " Rahul tried to keep away the thought of Suman with Shravan..

" Hmm ho sakta hai... But don't you think we should talk to him once?" Shivam asked, smirking..

"Thik hai phir.. Chalo"
Rahul said as he propped up from his chair and marched towards the bookworm's spot, the library.

They went inside to find Shravan hidden from sight behind a pile of books..

"Hello Padhaku !" Rahul said as he made himself comfortable beside Shravan.

"Ra.. Rahul tum.. Tum yaha?" Shravan was beyond shocked to see Rahul in the library for the first time and that too for talking to him..

"So what's going on?" Rahul said surfing through one of ShraMan's books.

"Hum bahar chal ke baat.. baat kare?" Shravan stammered as everybody in the library was staring at them..

"Chal" Rahul said as he kept his arm around Shravan and pulled him outside.

"Ha bol aab.. Kya chal raha hai tera aaj kal?"

"Kya .. Kya chal raha hai matlab?" Shravan was confused and scared

"Bada haasi mazak chalta hai aaj kal Suman Tiwari se..Lagti kaun hai woh teri?

"Nahi... Aisa.. Its nothing like that.. Woh toh bas " Shravan stammered

"Nothing like what? Jaldi bolega ya dose khaake maanega?" Shivam raised his voice.

"Aisa kuch nahi hai... She is my family friend.. Aur.. Aur kuch nahi.."

"Dekh beta, uss se na tu duur reh.. Friend ho ya koi aur.. Door rehna matlab door rehna.. Samaj aayi baat? Aagar uske paas bhi dikha na toh dekh liyo tu phir" Rahul warned.

Shravan's face went red with anger but also pale with fear.. And fearfully he shoved Rahul's hand off his shoulder and said " Yes. Yes. Mujhe kya? Meri koi nahi hai woh"

"Ye hui na baat.. Chal nikal aab" Rahul said as Shravan bolted towards the library.

Sumo followed him after school as he didn't wait for her like everyday.

"Shravan ruko! Kabse bula rahi hu sunaayi nahi deta tumhe?" Suman said as she finally got past him.

"Kya hai?"

" Tumne Rahul se aisa kya kaha ki mai tumhari koi nahi hu?" Suman said with tears

"Who told you?" Shravan was shocked.
"Why should anyone tell me? Maine khud suna.. Usko he peetke aa rahi hu abhi. I was standing there. Tumse milne aa rhi thi. " Suman said wiping off her tears angrily.
