𝙻𝚎𝚝 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚁𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 𝙾𝚗𝚎 𝚒𝚗

The Rain was still falling and I was still a little exhausted but I still got ready for the day and headed over to the Boarding House with Elena.

"I say we go to Pearl's, bust down the door, and annihilate the idiot that attacked us last night," Damon said and I slightly agreed but at the same time, I don't know if I can handle killing anymore.
"Yeah. And then what? We turn to the rest of that house of vampires and say, "Oops. Sorry?" Stefan says

"I can't believe you made a deal with her." Elena looked at Damon "It was more like a helpful exchange of information. And it's not like I had a choice. She's...scary. Besides, she's gonna help me get Katherine and Nat back." Damon defense made me lean against the wall "Of course." I grumbled

"Damon gets what he wants, as usual. No matter who he hurts in the process." Elena glares
"You don't have to be snarky about it."

"I woke up this morning to learn that all the vampires have been released from the tomb. I've earned snarky." Elena pointed out and I pucker my lips "I've also have the right to be snarky for my reasons." Stefan agreed with me

"How long are you two going to blame me for turning your birth mother into a vampire?" Damon asked I push myself off of the wall and walked up to him

"I'm not blaming you, Damon. I've accepted the fact that you're a self-serving psychopath with redeeming qualities that I have not yet to find." I poke his chest "Ouch." He pouted and removes my finger

"This isn't being very productive. We're gonna figure out a way to deal with Pearl and the vampires. Yeah? Hmm." Damon leaves the room and my sister hugs Stefan "I'm sorry. He just makes me so cranky." She says

"He makes everyone cranky." I said with a chuckle "So, what are we going to do?" Elena asked Stefan

"Damon and I are gonna handle everything, I promise." He said and my eyebrows went up "Well, what about us? We can't just sit here and do nothing." My hand goes to my hip

"That's exactly what you're gonna do because that's what going to keep you safe." I scoff
"I can take care of myself, Stefan. I want Elena to stay home and be safe." I pat my sister's head "What about you Stef?"
"What do you mean? I'm perfectly safe. I have Damon, the self-serving psychopath on my side." I laugh and he pulled me into their hug "That's very comforting."

Elena went home while I hung out with Stefan. "Hunting? Bunnies!" I frown at the thought "Hunting party?" Damon questions

"That guy did a number on me last night when he stabbed me. I gotta get my strength back up." Stefan says "I've got two liters of soccer mom in the fridge. No?" Damon offered "What are you going to do when he's feasting on Bambi?" Damon looked over at me and I shrugged "I will just jog alongside him and ignore the sound of Bambi crying."
