Chapter 3

Abel

 

August 30th 2013.

 

Alice and I finished up bringing the remainder of boxes into our brand new loft. Living with her will be great. It’s been more than a year since we’ve been together, so I decided to ask her to live with me. She’s been living with Maria since I’ve met her.

“Baby, I’m gonna miss you.” Alice gave me a kiss.

I pouted.

“So then come with me.”

I was going on my first tour right after Kiss land would be released on September 10th 2013, my 2nd album! Trilogy’s rerelease was amazing. My fans are the best.

She sighed.

“Babe, you know I would if I could, I have school Abel.”

“I know Alice, I’m just kidding. Don’t worry I’ll call you every day.” I kissed her nose.

“You better!”

As we finished up, I grabbed some Chinese takeout for us to eat. Since there was no furniture we sat on the floor eating and talking for the remainder of the night.

6:00 am

I heard my alarm clock go off. Fuck gotta be in the studio soon. I looked over to see Alice sound asleep beside me on the floor. I got ready and gave her a kiss and left for the studio.

“Aye Abel my man!” I heard Cash’s voice.

“Whadddupppp.”

“I’m so proud of you man, look at you now.”

I smiled to myself. Taking a moment to breathe it all in. I went from performing in small clubs to having my second album almost releasing and now my very first official world tour. Man I’ve come a long way.

The rest of the day in the studio was good, just the usual and finalizing some songs. My absolute favorite track is The Town.

I can’t wait till all my fans get to hear it; I know they’ll love it.

I only had about 3 more weeks till I set off for my tour, I tried to spend as much time as I could with Alice cause I knew these weeks would just fly by, I mean I wouldn’t get to see her for months.

September 20th 2013.

I walked with Alice, hand in hand. It was finally time, time for me to set off on my very first tour. It’s honestly like a bittersweet moment, if only she decided to come along with me.

Alice wrapped her arms around me tight and rested her head on my chest.

“I’m gonna miss you so much Abel.” She mumbled.

“Hey look at me.”

She looked up and I gave her a long deep kiss. She stared at me with empty sad eyes.

“I’ll try to Facetime you as much as I can baby I promise!”

And with that it was time for me to go.
