First day

A/N: Reader doesn't know what school noya goes too, they haven't talked since middle school. I'll explain later. I put (h/t) which means hair tule but in this story your hair is curly, specifically 3B. So if you see it changed that's why. My hairs curly so I don't really know what it's like to have straight hair so it's easier for me to have it curly because it will be more accurate. If you don't see (h/t) it's because I already edited it!

It was your first day at Karasuno. You were going to be a second year. You were excited!  "(Y/n) breakfast is ready come down!" you heard your father calling you. "Okay coming!" you shouted. You quickly brushed back your hair and put it into a ponytail. Your hair was very curly and your hair reached your lower back but, due to shrinkage and it being in a ponytail it only covered about 1/4 of your back. You didn't care though. Snapping out of your thoughts you ran downstairs. You saw your dad smiling at you. "(Y/n) I know this is big change after moving here and I wanted to do something special for you, I called my old friend and he said he can hook you up with some snacks on your way to school! His name is Ukai Keishin. You probably remember him from the photos that I had in-" he cut himself off thinking about negative things. You noticed, you could see the sadness in his eyes. "Thank you so much dad! I'm really happy you went out of your way for me, I love you but.. can we eat before I'm late?" You said and laughed.Your dad was immediately snapped out of his thoughts. He embraced you with a hug. "Sure kiddo." He handed you your plate with grilled salmon and miso soup. You quickly tried to slurp up all of the miso soup not wanting to be late, your dad tried to stop you but it was too late. You burned your tounge slightly, you managed to stop yourself feeling the burning sensation before anything else got too serious. "(Y/n) are you okay? I'm so sorry I forgot to tell you It's warmer because I wasn't paying attention because I was calling Keishin. I didn't know it would be that hot I'm so sorry. I was just-" your father was rambling on and on. You already saw how sad he was earlier and it honestly wasn't even that bad. "Dad." He didn't look. "Dad." "Dad!" He was still rambling. You sighed "Yūsuke!" He looked at you crazily. " sorry." You muttered. He laughed. "I'm sorry I was rambling dear, anyways you should finish up that salmon and head onto school. I'll make you ramen tonight to repay you since I burned your tounge." "Dad-" "Don't "dad" me, just eat and leave kiddo." You sighed and finished your food. Your dad already lost so much, you didn't want him doing all these extra things for you.

              Time skip to heading to school

You walked down the sidewalk as you saw Ukais store coming up. You paused after you saw a man on his knees. "Please Ukai I will come here every day if I have to." "Then do it, I will not say yes. You can come every day and I won't do it." You wondered if you should just keep waking and pretend you saw nothing. "(Y/n)!" You looked at the blonde male, he looked exactly like he did in the photos. I guess he never ages you thought. "Hi!" You said back. "Don't mind him, grab any snack you want but you should hurry school starts in 10 minutes." You checked your phone, 'oh shoot it's 8:20'. You knew you would have to run so you just said "Can I come back after school, I don't want to be late." He nodded and said" Come by anytime (y/n)." He replied with a grin. 'ok that was kinda hot... WAIT girl he's the same age as your dad, get over yourself, but the way he says my name, NO STOP STOP STOP STOP' you  cheeks grew pink, luckily your sun kissed skin hid the fact you were flustered. "Thanks!" You ran off.
