"Well thats problematic."

Seonghwa locks eyes with you for a few seconds before bursting into laughter. He runs his hands through his hair and slowly drags them down to his face, rubs his eyes and says "Yeah, thats one way to put it. Y/N, my parents still think I'm a virgin. They've spent my whole life to 'wait until marriage'. I feel like if they saw either you or-" He pulls his shirt collar to the side to reveal his own collection of love bites "Me, it might send my mother to the ER."

You stare at him, your mind racing as fast as it could. Obviously you had makeup, you could say they were bug bites, or just wear something different. "How low cut was the dress again?" Seonghwa asks you exasperatedly. You tilt your head and say "Oh God I have no idea, let me go try it on." You walk to your room as Seonghwa follows, texting his parents to tell them when to arrive. "I told my mom to get here at 7. That gives us six and a half hours to figure out this AND what we're supposed to do for dinner."

Shit. You hadn't even thought about dinner. "Do your parents expect us to cook for them or can we take them to a restaurant?" Seonghwa puts a hand to his forehead "Babe I have no clue. They're traditional, so I have to imagine they would want us to cook. I really, really don't want to cook for them though" he says with strain in his voice. You laugh as you search your closet for the dress his mother bought for you. "We could always order food ahead of time and act like we made it."

Seonghwa smiled weakly and said "Yeah, I suppose we could. Honestly, I think we should just take them somewhere nice and expensive." You exclaim as you find the dress in the back of your closet, lost amongst all of Seonghwas jackets and coats. Your heart drops slightly when you look at the neckline. You slowly turn to Seonghwa and his face falls. "Why would a woman as conservative as my mother get that for ANYONE?" He says in disbelief. You shake your head softly and say "Man, I really dont know. Lemme just try it on, maybe it won't be as bad as it looks."

You slip into the red longer-than-knee-length dress for the first time since getting it. It hugged your form just enough to be slightly provocative, but was long enough to seem more conservative. You look at yourself in the mirror, the marks on your neck very clearly exposed in the slightly low cut dress. You turn to Seonghwa and say "Why would she want me to wear this if shes so, like, wait-until-marriage-y?" He wasn't listening. He was staring at you in the dress, his mouth slightly open. "Y/N, you look.. you look breathtaking." He pulled you by the waist into a gentle embrace, placing a kiss on your parted lips. "What if I just tell them not to come, we'll go out without them" he says with a twinkle in his eyes. You giggle quietly, silently wishing that he could do exactly that.

Seonghwa traces his fingers over the marks on your neck. "I wish we didn't have to cover these up. If my parents weren't so crazy about this then I'd give you more right now." You feel butterflies in your stomach at his words, and you hated to admit it, but now was not the right time. "I'm severely tempted, but-" Seonghwa laughs and kisses your cheek quickly before turning to walk to walk to get your makeup bag. You cringe internally as he lets go of his gentle grip on your waist. "I know, not a good time. We have bigger problems. Like how much makeup we're gonna use to cover this up." You sigh as you look in the mirror. "You know, 6 and a half hours is a long time. Putting on makeup and planning dinner wouldn't take that long, would it?"

Seonghwa looks down and smirks. "Two nights in a row, Y/N? My my, what got into you while I was away?" Before you could answer his question, he pulled you roughly into a kiss. As his lips crashed against yours you felt your head go light with bliss. Your tongue twirled with his, as you hands rose to his hair and his fell to your waist. You tried to pull him over to the bed, but he didn't move. "Hey, I already told you. We don't have time." He said as he gently pulled away from you. "But," he said in a low voice "if tonight goes well, I might just have an idea of how we can celebrate." Your breath hitched when you heard his last words. You collected yourself, willing your fluttering tummy to go back to normal.

"Okay, so we need to figure out dinner first? Or our makeup situation?" You asked breathily. You weren't the only one with love bites all the way up your neck. Seonghwa steps back and blinks a few times before putting his hand on his neck and saying "Uhhh, probably dinner. Makeup won't take that long if we both work on it, and I seriously have no clue what we're going to do for dinner. Has that new place opened up yet?" "Ah, I'm not sure. I haven't gone out much while you were gone." He nodded and checked his phone. "My dad says that they'll be here by 7, which means they'll probably show up at 6:30. I'll check to see if the website is up, could you go see if we need to get anything to drink?"

You nod and rush to the kitchen, trying to stay as collected as possible. You had all kinds of emotions running around your brain, and you needed to focus on the main problem. You rub your fingers along the marks on your neck, they were starting to get sore. You hoped you had enough concealer.
