Hyrule Heroes: ZMasters Story

Preview

The preview you will be reading will be a part later on in the story, it's only intention here is to capture you, the reader, to see if you'll enjoy the story and if you wish to continue to read. The story you're about to read will have certain scenes that may leave some readers uncomfortable, but I'll always leave a warning out and what it will have in the chapter/part. If you wish to skip this preview, you may do so, just so you don't want to ruin the story later on. But just to let you know, I won't be using names but the main character, Zmaster.

This preview will have slight blood scenes, but nothing too graphic or detailed.

"Zmaster!" I could hear someone yell for me, as blood was pouring out of my side. My red eyes started to fade to a dime grey, I slowly shifted my eyes to look up. I could see a male figure, but all I could see was black figures everywhere. "We need to get her out of here!" the figure stated as he looked over his shoulder. Another figure appeared, but it seemed like an animal. "I'll take her on my back." The beast spoke, I could feel my body being lifted up and being laid onto the soft fur of the beast. I was staring blankly at the ground. I tried to listen to them more, but their voices started to drift. All I could make out was "Sacred Forest." and "Wolf." before I blacked out from the loss of blood.

Time has most likely passed, I was in my mind, all I could see was a pure white mist. Nothing was around, let alone no sound. I started to roam in my mind. Trying to see if I could find anything. Suddenly, I sensed a figure appear behind me. I summoned a blade and tried to slash at it before it could attack. When I turned around after the slice, I saw no one. Just more mist. "Well..." I heard a voice behind me, I wanted to swing but it felt like I couldn't move. "Seems like you've been wounded." It echoed, My body felt cold and shivered. I could slowly feel the gravity start to slowly bring me down to a kneel. The sword I have summoned has disappeared as if it sunk through the white ground. "W-what... Do you want?" I stuttered as I could feel my body get colder. I felt a hand be placed on my shoulder, "What I want." The figure began, "I want you to get up and help them. I want you to keep pushing and fighting for what you think is right." the figure said softly. I could feel the figures hand emit heat. The warmth began to spread through my whole body. I stayed kneeled, not wanting to move. "Why?" I asked, "Why do you want me to fight?" I was so confused on why they wanted me to push through it all, don't they understand what is going on? A war is going on. Everyone is dying. I'm losing hope. I felt myself shiver once again from the negative thoughts. I knew they felt it. "Because, They need you." As they said those words, I looked up. I could see all of the figures. My eyes shone a light blue as I stared at them all. Tear swelling up. "They need you Zmaster, and you need them." They spoke once more, before I felt the hand vanish.

Well, That is the end of the preview. I hoped you enjoyed it! And I hope people are now interested in this story. But it's sad to say that I may not be able to upload a new chapter often, mostly because I don't have a laptop. and before everyone starts saying, "But ZMaster! You can write on your phone!" I know this. I chose not to due to the fact that I enjoy making a few rough drafts and having that next to the wattpad page and re-visioning the rough draft. Meaning I can't write on my phone since I don't have to option to have the two pages side by side. So I apologize. The reason why I was able to make this preview was because my parents have a laptop (That I gave them for half-off) and I was over waiting for their package. But don't worry. I'll do my best to at least make chapters when I'm over and some extra chapters so I can just post them here and there so you viewers have something to read!
