It was a nice sunny day in....Wait fuck that!

"Get in the truck Ash now!!!!" I yelled from the backseat as my best friend grabbed the rest of her stuff. She jumped in as I slammed the door behind her.

"DRIVE!!!" We both yelled to the driver in the front seat..... ~Pause~

So I should probably give you a heads up to who we are and what's going on. My names Hope, my best friend also the girl in the truck with me, her name is Ashley. We are in a band named Life's 1 Repair (copyright on name!) We were working in the studio when we saw on the t.v about the outbreak. It started in Georgia when someone ate some venison that had been infected by a nasty parasite.

We where told to get out as quickly as possible. Our limo truck awaited us out front. Let me tell you, we were prepared. We were told that there is a safe place in Groveland, Florida. Which was already near us. We were only informed that people where there, not who was or how far. Just that people were there.

We sped off leaving a trail of smoke behind us. In the truck with us was gallons of gasoline for when there wasn't anymore or if we needed it and we aren't near anything or if everything is surrounded. We also had some car batteries if it comes to that point.

Me and Ashley sat there talking and staring out the windows looking for any sign that could give us a hint were we are. For miles, nothing about it.

"Who do you thinks gonna be there" Ashley said breaking the silence that I didn't realize now existed.

"Maybe some people were close with....." I responded still zoning out.

The truck came to a sudden stop, throwing us forward a little ways. Ashley grabbed me before I hit the ground.

We looked outside the windows checking to make sure nothing was surrounding the doors.

"Hey driver, we're going to check it out don't go anywhere" I yelled back inside as we hoped out, knives and pistols at the ready.

We made it slowly towards the gates seeing a stage in the middle of the enclosed area. There were people on it but we still couldn't tell.

"HEY!" we both yelled then immediately back at the ready.

"There here!" it sounded like multiple voices. They started towards us, at first they looked like black blobs. Then they came closer and mine and Ashley smiled and waved over exaggeratedly. They ripped open the gates and stepped out.

"Hope, Ashley!!!!!" they all yelled as they group hugged us "Your alive!"

"Andy, CC, Jake, Ashley(Purdy), Jinxx!!!" we screamed back as they pulled us inside and shut the gates. "Wow that took up more time, but yeah we're alive what do expect we're badasses" I said winking as me and Ashley made dorky battle poses.

They all laughed at us.

"Well come on let's show you around, over there's John if you need anything." CC said pointing over near the stage. Once we checked everything out we sat down at and outside table. This place was bug, and a nice.

"It's cool that you guys have your own rooms!" Ashley said as we kicked up our feet.

"I like the paintings on your wall, very distinctive." I said right after Ashley.. They all had there war paint but bigger versions, painted on there walls to signify each room.

We chatted for awhile until it got a little to hot. Ashley and the rest of the guys got up and went to another room. Me and CC though headed to his room to play Playstation. As we were walking towards his room he turned and grabbed me and kissed me. Not gonna lie I liked it, but I knew Ashley and him liked eachother more. I stood there in shock hands by my face.

"Hmm" he said turning around and walking to his room. I slowly followed behind. We sat there and played for a little while. We're both competitive so let me tell you, lots of arguments!

I set the controller down, I started to get bad gamer hands. I could tell CC did to. I turned and looked at him.

"So um CC.....What was that kiss about?" I asked him, he pretended to have to think.

"Ohhhh that, so I wasn't sure if I liked you or Ashley more so I had to see" he said, I was still in a daze.

"So who is it?" I asked tilting my head a little.

"Not gonna lie, your an amazing kisser. But I didn't feel any butterflies, so Ashley. But I know who likes you." He said winking and elbowing me.

I rolled my eyes, I knew who he was talking about, Andy. Me and him had a thing awhile back but he broke it off. There was no way he liked me.

"Doubt it" I sighed elbowing him back a little harder. Me and CC we're like best friends, I could tell him anything and he would listen. Same thing with Jake and Jinxx they were there when I needed them to. And Ashley Purdy was there but then again I didn't feel like telling him much, I meani still love him but it's weird sometimes.... Ashley (my best friend) didn't like them that much until I got her to understand. I took her to a concert (VIP) we met them and talked, told them how me and her had an idea to start a band. They gave us their numbers to contact so they could help. And the rest is history!

CC knew I still had strong feelings for Andy, they all did.

We both stood up and stretched, CC adding some werid noises to his stretching causing me to laugh. We made our way towards his door. We stepped outside only to see it was sunset. I looked at the bridge in front of me, we both turned and smiled. He picked me up and slung me on his back.

"Ride CC ride off into the sunset!!!" I giggled pointing straight ahead as he raced across the bridge. CC was like an older brother to me so we joked a lot even at bad times. We made it too an intersection, CC started spinning until we both fell to the ground laughing.

Everyone else poked their heads out of the "Living room" door. They starred at me and CC who were now on the ground clutching our stomachs rolling around on the ground. So after I snorted and covered my mouth everyone smiled and then bust out laughing.

"Shut upppppp" I said laughing and clutching my face. Yeah we still live normally no matter if the worlds dying, we'll never give in!
