A Prime in Remnant (ON HOLD)

Two Years Later

Two years have passed Since Sentinel and Ruby have met. Sentinel has been fully repaired thanks to Ruby. Sentinel has also healed the small wounds Ruby couldn't repair. 

Sentinel has been in the cave for the last two years. Ruby has tried to convince him to exit the cave and stretch his limbs. But he didn't want to. He was still trying to figure out how he was still alive and why. 

He knew deep down that he didn't deserve to go to join the Allspark. He betrayed his family and worst of all, failed his race. His thoughts are interrupted by Ruby arriving. But Sentinel is surprised to see her arrive in rose petals. 

Ruby: Hey Sentinel. 

Sentinel: Hey Ruby. So what was that you just did. 

Ruby: Oh. I discovered my semblance.

Sentinel: Semblance?

Ruby uses her semblance to demonstrate. Sentinel is about to ask a question before hearing someone scream. 

???: RUBY!! 

Ruby hears her sister. 

Sentinel: Who is that?

Ruby: My sister. Stay here, she doesn't know about you. 

Sentinel just watches as Ruby leaves the cave. 

(With Ruby)

Ruby exits just in time to stop her Sister Yang from entering the cave. 

Yang: Ruby, where have you been. I been searching for you for a while. 

Ruby: I been searching for Grimm to fight. Found Beowolfs and dealt with them. 

Yang narrows her eyes knowing Ruby hiding something. Before Yang could question her sister, they are interrupted by a pack of Grimm behind them. 

Ruby preps her Weapon and Yang preps her Gauntlets. But they are shocked that the Grimm start to combine together and create something more terrifying. 

Yang: I didn't know they could do that. Ruby get behind me. 

Ruby: We can't beat it Yang. We have to get dad and Uncle Qrow. 

Ruby has researched about every Grimm that caught her interest. The Sulfur fish had two combinations it could turn into. But they are highly dangerous since they are more powerful combined. 

Ruby and Yang dodge to the side when it moves to attack. Yang tries to attack but gets hit to the side. Ruby saves her sister and uses her semblance to move away. 

Ruby: SENTINEL, PLEASE HELP US JUST THIS ONCE.

Yang: Ruby who are you screaming for.

Yang and Ruby brace themselves to fight the Grimm but it gets distracted by a vehicle arriving from the Cave. 

The truck slams into the Grimm pushing away from the girls. The truck starts transforming into a robot shocking Yang. 

Sentinel: Ruby Rose, don't expect me to asset you again. Both of you stay behind me. 

Yang and Ruby listen. Sentinel preps his Weapons. The Grimm screeches at Sentinel and attacks Sentinel. Sentinel blocks it and splits it in half with a single strike. The Grimm breaks apart. Sentinel kills the Sulfur fishes with his rust cannon. 

Yang and Ruby have different reaction to this. Ruby is excited to have seen Sentinel using his weapons. Yang on the other hand pushes her Sister behind her. Sentinel notices this. 

Yang: So, who is your friend Ruby.

Ruby: He is called Sentinel. So, you decided to help.

Sentinel: I owed you since you helped repair me. 

Yang: Wait repair. 

Ruby: For the last two years, I helped Sentinel out by repairing him. I found him injured and helped him. 

Yang: So that's why you always brought your tool box for an entire year when you said your going Grimm hunting. 

Ruby: Yea. 

Yang: I'm telling dad about this. 

Ruby uses her semblance to stop her from leaving. 

Ruby: Yang no! Others can't know about this.

Yang: Give me a good reason why I shouldn't tell dad. 

Sentinel: Because then your family would be at more risk. Should the people of this world know about my existence, then they will hunt your family down to get me. 

Yang: Fine, I won't tell dad about this. But when Ruby comes to visit, I'm coming along. Let's go home ruby, its almost dinner time. 

Ruby: See you tomorrow Sentinel. 

Sentinel watches as Yang and Ruby leave his sight. He turns around and heads back into the cave. He doesn't notice a bird watching him.
