                    *Yamaguchi POV*

I woke up fairly early, or late. I couldn't tell. Tsukki was nowhere to be seen so I figured he was in the bathroom or downstairs. I got up out of bed and dressed into some comfy clothes since it was Saturday. Wandering out of my room, I found Tsukishima sitting in the hall. "Is something wrong?" I asked, confused. "No. Just waiting for you." I smiled. "Well let's go eat now!" Tsukki nodded.

After breakfast, me and Tsukki decided to wander around the neighborhood for awhile, since we didn't feel like sitting around. For some reason, I was really quiet. Usually I'd come up with something to talk about, but today, I got nothing. i looked up at Tsukki. He had his headphones on and was staring straight forward. Aha! "Hey Tsukki?" I tapped his shoulder. "What is it?" "What are you listening to?"

"A playlist I made." He shrugged. "What's in it?" I asked, wanting him to keep talking. "Um, well right now I'm listening to Lemon Boy? Yeah that." He looked at his phone. "Hey I know that song!" I said, vaguely remembering the lyrics. "Here, c'mon." I grabbed his hand and dragged him to a park bench. "What are you doing?" Tsukki asked, confused. "This." I unplugged his headphones so it would play out loud. It did. "Yama-"

I stated singing along with the song, even though I tripped over my words here and there. "What are you doing?" Tsukki asked again. "Having fun! Here let me play a song." I held out my hand. He sighed and gave me his phone. I searched up Wish You Were Sober by Conan Gray and pressed play. He looked puzzled at what I had chose. Again, I started singing along. Honestly, Tsukki didn't have to give me his phone. He could have just said no and gone home, but he didn't.

And this is what I like about him. his unpredictability. Most people hated it, but it was okay with me. He eventually turned it down so I was singing over the song, but I was too busy vibing to even notice. "You sing really good." I jumped. "I do?" Tsukishima nodded. "Thank you. no one's told me that before." Tsukki picked up his phone. "Maybe cause you don't sing that often." I ran up net to him. "I don't?" He shook his head. "I've known you for a long time, and I don't think I've heard you sing."

"Oh. Maybe I'll sing more often." I replied. He didn't say anything. We were on the walk home when my throat got tight and I could barely breathe. Naturally, I started coughing. At first it was only small coughs, until eventually it became violent hacking. "Yamaguchi are you okay?" I pointed at my throat and hoped he got the message. He did. "Here- I'll call your mom. Hold on." He seemed to be in a state of panic, but I was so busy trying not to pass out I couldn't tell.

My mom came rushing in with a random inhaler. She gave it to me and told me to press down. I did, and my breathing cleared. "Why did you scare me like that!" My mom hugged me super hard, like I didn't just cough my lungs out. "Are you okay?" "I'm okay mom." I smiled. She walked us both home. All the way there, she tanked Tsukki for calling her. Once we got home, I asked my mom where she got the inhaler from. "Oh! I picked one up yesterday while you were at school." She laughed. "Lucky I did though." "Yeah."
