Just Friends || A Midochako short story

Izuku POV

I looked at Uraraka, and sighed.

I felt like I wasn't good enough for her.

Like she deserves someone better. Maybe Kacchan, he's powerful!

I collected all of my confidence, which wasn't very much, took a deep breath, and walked over to her.

"H-hi!" I smiled awkwardly

"Hi, Deku!" She said in such an adorable voice. My face turned red at the thought of us together.

"Uh- do you want to go to Mina's house party with me?" The words slipped out of my mouth and I was shocked.

She looked up at me

Izuku! You messed up big time I thought to myself

"Of course!" She blushed

I sighed in relief.

Hanta began to whisper stuff to the other students.

The only thing I could manage to hear was

"Deku asked Ochako!"

I turned my head to the side and continued to feel insecure and sad.

Uraraka ran by my side and hugged me softly.

"Deku are you alright?"

I felt her warm breath against my neck.

"Y-yeah.." I sighed

She began to hug me harder. I weakly smiled.

"U-Uraraka.. you are kind of choking me.." I sigh

"I'm sorry!" She pulled away quickly.

I chuckled and let her sit down next to me.

We both looked outside of the window, she soon clenched onto my hand and we both blushed.

Mr. Aizawa walked into the room and stared at me and her.

"Whatever I ain't dealing with this." He got into his sleeping bag and slept.

"Uraraka.. would you like to hang out at my house later..?" I smile

"Sure!" She eagerly says.

A little bit after school, I tell mom that my friend is coming over.

"Aw! That's sweet! You have a girlfriend!" My mom smiled.

"I-I don't!" I blush.

My mom looked down "Okay."

A few minutes later I hear a soft knock on the door. I open it and it's no surprise, I see Uraraka in a tank top and shorts.

"Come on in!" I smile a little bit.

My mom instantly ran up to her

"Aw! Your so cute!" My mom smiled and gave her a big hug.

"T-thanks." Uraraka blushed a bit.

"Hey, do you wanna go to my room?" I look at her.

"Sure!"

We both walk upstairs to my room and sit on my bed.

"So.. what now.." She looks up at me.

"Hm.. I don't know.. wanna watch a movie?"

"Sure,"

I turn on the TV and put a movie on.

Shortly after the movie was turned on, I noticed her head on my shoulder, soon I fell asleep too.

I woke up long after the movie ended. I blushed at the site of Uraraka, in MY bed. I blushed a snuggled her a bit.

Her eyes opened.

"D-Deku.." she looked at me. "W-what time is it.."

I checked my phone

"12:46.." I said under my breath.

"I'll just stay here.." she slowly drifted off to sleep.

I layed next to her.

Her hair was all in my face, yet I didn't mind. I hugged her until I was sleeping.

Tuesday January 13th, 6:45

Before we knew it, it was time to get up.

"Izuku-" My mom opened the door and saw me with Uraraka.

"M-Mom! It's not what it looks like!" Uraraka woke up after hearing my voice.

"Oh hello, Inko.." She looked up at my mom.

"Hello dear. You both should get up and get ready," my mom walked out

"Uraraka, you should probably go home so you can get your uniform on," I suggested

"Okay. I'll be waiting outside of your house later!" She walked out tiredly.

I got out of bed and got ready.

I walked outside and saw Uraraka. I gripped onto her hand. She didn't mind at all, and the whole way to U.A we kept holding hands.

Iida looked at us.

"There you guys are.." he instantly looked down and saw us holding hands.

"Hm," he grunted.

"Heh.. a lot happened yesterday," Uraraka laughed.

Her laugh was still as adorable as ever.

I nodded at her.

Soon we all walked to 1A

Mina's party was on Friday and I didn't have any clothes to wear. I walked up to Uraraka.

"Hey.. I know you don't have much money, and it may sound like I'm taking pity on you, but I could buy you a dress! Whichever one your heart desires!" I smiled

"That's so nice of you Deku!" Uraraka smiled. "You really mean so-?" She looked confused.

"Of course! Shall we go later, cause I need to buy an outfit too.." I sigh.

During lunch:

Iida looked at me

"Are you and Uraraka dating-?"

I looked up at Iida

"W-what?!? What would make you think that-? We are just friends!" I cried.

Uraraka sat next to me and smiled.

"H-hi Uraraka!" I mumbled.

"Hey Deku,"

Iida looked at us like it was chemistry.

It was quiet for a couple minutes until he broke the silence

"What's been going on between you two-?" His face grew dark.

"Nothing!" We both said.

Kacchan stormed by us.

"WHATS BEEN GOING ON BETWEEN YOU AND PINK CHEEKS!" he slammed his hand against the table

"Uh- nothing. Why is everyone getting so suspicious of us!?!" I ask nervously

"Cause YOU interesting a girl!" He laughed "Listen you damn nerd, I'm gonna figure out what's going on between both of you guys!"

Me and Uraraka exchanged glances.

I have a plan for the next chapter, it may be longer or shorter idk. This isn't a very professional story, but like I'm actually trying!!
