When you kiss me

17-year-old Eddward Vincent is tired of Kevins' version of just being friends and is utterly confused. He wants a Straight forward answer on how Kevin truly feels about him. He doesn't want to be "friends" as Kevin calls it.

Edd sat down at his desk getting his notebook out and color pens ready to take notes for his class. As always five minutes before lunch was over.
He sat there with his arms crossed on the table he sighed loudly as he laid his head down.

The teacher looked at him concerned "Eddward is everything alright"

"Uhh yes, I'm fine thank you for asking. No need to be concerned about me I've just been exhausted with all the tutoring I've been doing after school"

"You should take it easy."

"I'm good really. I enjoy helping my fellow classmates"

"Alright but if you ever need someone to talk to I'm here"

" thank you I greatly appreciate it"

Little did the teacher know that Double D had been extremely emotionally conflicted for the past month ever since he and the popular green-eyed, redhead started messing around after school.
'These feelings are just too much for me' thought Edd as he started to doodle stars at the corner of his empty line paper. Knowing will that he would have to see Kevin walk through that door minutes after the bell rang. That feeling of wanting to see him haunted Edd.

Soon after the bell rang as he anticipated three to four minutes after Kevin walked through the classroom door with his second girlfriend of the month. This time it was Brittny with her huge breast pressed against his arms.

" bye Kev see you after class"

" See you soon babe," said Kevin as he kissed her lips.

Edd couldn't help but stare as the whole scene unfolded before his eyes. He couldn't help but hate Brittny for kissing Kevin for being in the place he wanted to be in. Kevin's green eyes met his for a split second but quickly looked away. Causing Edds's heart to ache even more.
Edd looked away longingly sadly smiling to himself. ' right' he thought to himself.
To Kevin throughout the day, he was nothing but the smarter one of the  Eds who use to run around screaming at the other children of the Cal-De-Sac. Not until after school he was at least something. A " friend".

" Hey, Kevin," said some girl in an attempt to get his attention.

" Hey what's up" replied Kevin as he made his way to his chair. Giving zero to no acknowledgment to Edd. Kevin felt so unattainable.

The way girls said his name always made Edd hurt filling him up with so much anger and jealously. Something about it made him feel like he could never compete with them. He knew he could never truly have Kevin as much as he wished for it. For all, he knew Kevin was just having his fun with him only to quickly move on to his next as he does with his girlfriend. 'But at least I hold some of him that's all I need' Edd thought but deep down he knew he was lying to himself. Falling deeper into the bottomless pit of unrequited love.

Halfway through the period, Edds' phone vibrates alerting him of a new notification and he knew from who and about what. He quickly looked at his phone once the teachers turned his back to him.
