Louisa's Pov

"Mom! Can I just wear these?"

It was the day of the Moon ball and i have yet decided what i would be wearing.

She was suggesting a white ballon gown because and I quote 'It's fitting for a Luna'

I, on the other hand, want to wear a maroon that doesn't really fit like rubber on my body but losely shows my curves.

If i argue with her any further, I would miss Alex's introduction so I shut up and wore the white gown while glaring at her throughg the mirror.

"Oh hon, would you just get over it." She threw her arms up dramatically.

I sighed as the maid finished pinning my hair up, and left some curls.

"You're already finished mademoiselle." The maid bowed and made her way out.

I stood up as my mother ushered me out to the ballroom muttering how we're already late.

As we walked through the halls, where some guests were talking with each other, she held my arm "When the clock strikes, you follow evwryone else in the ballroom. You underatand me Louise?"

"Of course mother" and with that she left.

I made my way to the glass windows where i saw my reflection.

And it was...

I looked like a victorian doll.

Like those centuries old paintings hung around the castle.

Traditional. Let's leave it like that.

Worst of all, my posture is very stiff.

Uhuh, she made me wear a corset and not those comfy ones. The first ones that had whale bones.

Yep, i wonder how she got those and also wondering how to be less ambarrased wearing this.

I sent a message to Alexander,

Hey, what's taking you so long?

Yeaa, bout that we're still waiting for my cape that's coming in like 10 minutes and my godparents are running late so we'll just wait for them. Sorry you had to wait for so long :(-Alex

Owww, you know I'm no patient woman.

Yes I know but after the ball you'll be my patient Luna. -Alex

I sighed as i put my phone away and strutted for the empty hallways. I started to hum a song to myself when i felt goosebumps at the crook of my neck.

I turned around to check as i call "hello?".

I waited for a few moments and then i heard two girls giggling as they emerged. I walked out to the garden, embarrassed that they would see me in this dress. 

Although we are in the royal palace, girls use this opportunity to catch the eye of, if not the prince, their mate. What other way than dresses exposing a large percentage of their boobs, dresses ending mid thigh and wearing the same shade of lipstick. 

Yet, events like this had me picturing what the humans would call as prom. Minus all the fun and excitement.

For about five minutes, I've been avoiding people who all seem to go for a tour. People use this time to peek around the castle getting a glimpse of what royalty is like or what it feels to be royalty. I sighed as my gown made it nearly impossible to move around. Urgh, mother. I'm sorry but this dress has got to go.

I quickly made my way to my room, avoiding people who stood awed on the centuries old paintings, high ceilings and the stiff guards. 

Lifting the cover of the box that I laid on the bed, I quickly untied the ribbons on my back that held this costume all together. 

Finally, I slipped on the gorgeous green satin material flowing down covering my feet, having about a few feet train. The neckline covered what needed to be covered as this straps held it all together. I took one last look in the mirror before running out the door knowing I'm already late.

I took deep breathes as I nearly reached the banquet hall.

Everyone, here comes your luna.

This chapter is finally published after 2 years! 

I lost this acc. and I made a new one so I didn't even try to look for it and then onetime I tried opening ,surprise! Any who, I will be continuing writing this story from now on. I would really like how I would make this story happen with my own plots and twists so please stay and bear with me.
