"Are they real mom?" You asked looking up to your mother with curious little eyes."Well of course they are taebear.." "just believe" said your mother while creasing your chubby cheeks.
"If their real.. Where are they now?" You asked now really curious about these so called mermaids. "They're right.... here." His mother said while pointing at the left side of your chest smiling.
"But.. how would they fit..?" You innocently asked your now chuckling mother.
"They can be wherever you want the to be, little bear. But since they live underwater.. maybe they're under the ocean." The mother said smiling at you. "Then.. can we go to the ocean tomorrow mom?! I wanna meet the mermaids!"
"Sure sweetie" she said amused at the your excitement of meeting the underwater creatures "but, your not only going to find mermaids. There are merman's too!" Your mom said making the your eyes widen in amusement.
"For real?!" You asked enthusiastically. "Of course sweetie! I have never lied to my itty bitty baby bear before have I?" The mom reassured the child making you squirm in excitement.
"Calm down young man!" She said laughing at her son's overflowing cuteness
"Now let's get you to bed shall we? If we don't then I'm sorry to say you won't meet the mer-" " Good night mom!" You said jumping to bed with already closed eyes hearing what your mother was saying.
"Ok bear.. Good night" said your mom looking at you with all the love in the world while kissing your temples.
Morning
"We will not go and that is and will be my final decision!" You heard your fother say something so you went out to have a better look.
"Come on, its for your son!" "He was so excited last night and he will be heart broken if we won't go!" You saw mom begged thinking about your soon to be heart broken figure.
"Then you shouldn't have told him that stupid mermaid story again!" "They are not real!" Your father pushed. "Yes they are!" Your mother defended "they are real and you know it." "Stop talking nonsense woman! You're being delusional!" Said your dad making the situation much worse.
"What's so bad going to the ocean anyways?!" Your mom angrily asked your father "I told you its not safe!-" "safe? Please.. we both know that's not the reason" your mom said now glaring at your father.
"Please just stop!" You said revealing yourself to your parents crying your eyes out.
"Sweetie-" your mom said reaching out hoping to calm you down.
"No!" You said to them
