"Seungminnnnnnnnn" Jisung called for Seungmin loudly while waving frantically. Jeongin beside him only shook his head at Jisung's behaviour.

"Oh hey Jisung! Hey Jeongin!" Seungmin smiled and waved at them.

"Hyunjin didn't come today?" Jisung asked while looking around. "Usually he's so loud."

"Ah, he's sick today," Seungmin muttered and pouted.

"Really? But he was fine yesterday."

"I don't know.... but i'm going to see him after school." Seungmin smiled sheepishly while Jisung just shook his head.

"Jeongin, did you know why he's sick?" Jisung suddenly asked. "H-huh? N-no, i don't know. Why would you ask me that?" Jeongin said while trying to act normal which caused Seungmin and Jisung to look at each other.

They've been friends for so long so they know when any of them acts weird.

"Woah no need to be panic. Chill, i'm just asking since you guys seem to be quite close these days." Jisung shrugged.

"Oh um I need to go to the toilet now.. bye guys see you later!" Jeongin said and quickly went away.

"Who cares about that guy anyway." Jeongin whispered to himself and rolled his eyes while walking away.

"Hm. Weird." Seungmin muttered.

"I know right." Jisung said while eyeing jeongin who walked away.

Jisung noticed seungmin look quite sad so he quickly tried to change the topic to cheer Seungmin up.

"Anyways, I can't wait for the school trip. I wanna be fashionable and-" Jisung said to brighten the mood.

"Wait what? school trip?" Seungmin asked, confused.

"Yeah, didn't you hear Mrs. Oh say it yesterday?" Jisung questioned.

"Hehehe.." Seungmin laughed awkwardly.

"That's so not you, usually you're the one who listen a lot? I mean you're the top student? Duhh" Jisung said while looking at seungmin weirdly. "I was daydreaming..." seungmin smile sheepishly.

"About Hyunjin?" Jisung asked while raising his eyebrow.

"Eh.." Seungmin quickly looked away.

"What's so good about that guy anyway?” Jisung said in a low tone while rolling his eyes

"Huh? Did you say anything? Sorry, I didn't hear you." Seungmin said and looked at Jisung.

"Nah, nothing important." 

"Hmm okay... But the school trip must be exciting.. Should i join?" Seungmin asked Jisung.

Jisung lightly hit Seungmin's head. "Excuse me.  You must join, don't be lazy."

"Alright alright." Seungmin pouted and rubbed his head cutely.

After school, seungmin went to hyunjin's house by bus.

Seungmin knocked on the door 3 times and waited for a while.

Hyunjin weakly opened the door of his house, "You're here." Hyunjin said in a flat tone.

"Yeah, You did say you were sick so I came here to check on you...." Seungmin said while fidgeting with his fingers.

"Yeah come in," Hyunjin said and let seungmin in.

"I brought you some porridge. I made it by myself!" Seungmin said excitedly and showed Hyunjin a container.

"The kitchen is there. I'm gonna wait in my room." Hyunjin said while showing seungmin the kitchen. He then went to his room leaving seungmin there alone.

"Hm....." Seungmin sighed and went to the kitchen. He felt sad because he felt like hyunjin isn't happy to see him.

"I'm probably just overthinking..." seungmin thought to himself. "Come on! He's sick seungmin, that's why he acted like that!" Seungmin said trying to cheer up.

"Yup! Let's do it!" Seungmin said to himself and smiled brightly.

Seungmin went to Hyunjin's room while bringing a tray of porridge. "Here's your porridge!" Seungmin smiled while Hyunjin face remained expressionless.

"Should I feed you? Or you can do it by yourself?" Seungmin said and hold the spoon. Well, he didn't actually plan on feeding Hyunjin but he's worried because Hyunjin looked so pale. Hyunjin quickly snatched the spoon from Seungmin's hand and said, " I can do it by myself."

"Do you think I'm a baby?" Hyunjin glared. "N-no! Sorry... You looked pale so I thought..." Seungmin said and looked down.

"But you should really eat so you can get better.." Seungmin said while looking at Hyunjin with his big puppy eyes. Hyunjin look at Seungmin and he suddenly got an idea.

An evil idea.

"Oh wait. Can you please get me some hot water?" Hyunjin said to Seungmin.

"Oh sorry! I totally forgot. Wait here!" Seungmin said and quickly went out of hyunjin's room to take some water.

When Seungmin was out of sight, Hyunjin smirked. 'Can't wait to see his reaction.' Hyunjin thought to himself

"Aish how could I forgot water?!" Seungmin said to himself and took a hot water for Hyunjin.

When Seungmin came back with a hot water, he was speechless when he saw the porridge spilled on the floor.

He felt like crying because he tried his best to cook the porridge for Hyunjin.

"Ah... I accidentally drop the porridge." Hyunjin said unapologetically while Seungmin stayed silent.

"I-I'm just going to take something to clean the mess." Seungmin said in a shaky voice and turned away from Hyunjin.

His eyes were getting teary as he went out of Hyunjin's room but he quickly wiped those tears away. "Don't cry!" Seungmin mentally screamed at himself.

He cleaned the spilled porridge quietly. He already said to himself not to cry but he can't help but cry again when he clean the spilled porridge.

He cooked the porridge with his whole heart although he was really busy and tired today. Some tears rolled down his cheek and he quickly wiped it. 'Hyunjin can't see me crying.'

Little did he know, Hyunjin actually saw him crying but Hyunjin kept quiet. Deep inside, he did feel bad and wanted to hug Seungmin.

Hyunjin stomach growled after Seungmin was done cleaning the floor.

"I'm just.... gonna go to the convenience store and buy some instant porridge for you." Seungmin said without looking at Hyunjin

"Hmmm." Hyunjin only hummed.

When Hyunjin was sure Seungmin was out of the house, he muttered, "Now I'm hungry. Why did I do that?"

"I kind of feel bad.... The porridge look delicious though.."

Hyunjin slapped himself, "Remember! Make him suffer!"

"Argh! Now my head hurts! I really should've eaten the porridge he made." Hyunjin laid down his bed and closed his eyes to rest.

so..... the last update was on 2020 now it's 2022.. well almost 2023 LMAO.. i want to revise the old chapter but i can't 😭 cringe shhshshh

also i remember there was a chapter where mino called seungmin haneul because seungmin's english name is sky LMAO. WHY DID I EVEN- I want to change that part so bad 😭
