Chapter(2) settling in.

You stared out your window in your new house in mondstadt.
The house was rather nice, it wasn't big but it wasn't small either, it was perfect for you.

You sighed as you remembered what happened a few nights ago, when the thieves attacked you and you almost got kidnapped.
But thanks to a certain red hair, that didn't happen.

You got up from your seat and headed outside of your house, you needed some fresh air in mondstadt.
You also got a new rule.

GO BACK BEFORE IT GETS DARK.

You seriously didn't wanna relive what happened a few nights ago, if they actually did manage to kidnap you maybe they would've..

You mentally slapped yourself, stop it (y/n)! You're safely at mondstadt and that's what matters! Happy thoughts only!

There was also a tavern, a little drink won't hurt..

You started walking towards the tavern, you could tell from the outside it was crowded.
Oh well.

You opened the door and went inside, only to be met by a tall slim figure.

He had long deep blue hair, he also had a cryo vision on his hips, that was all you could see of him since his back was facing you.

"Excuse me?" You slightly tapped his back.
He turned around and you got a good look at his face, he had an eyepatch on one eye, the other eye that was showing was a beautiful blue color, his skin was tanned, and he had a smile that made you at ease.

"Could you please move?" You kindly asked.

"Oh my apologies, miss." He moved out of the way and you walked to the counter, but you didn't expect to see him again.

"Master diluc?" You mumbled, but it was loud enough for him to hear.

"Oh, miss (y/n) it's nice to see you again." He looked at you.

"Oho-ho you know this fine lady diluc?" Kaeya looked at you with a smirk.

"That is none of your concern." Diluc deadpanned.

"Ahaha, come on diluc don't be like that to your brother." Kaeya chuckled.

"You're not my brother."

"Umm can I get some dandelion wine please." You raised your hand.

"Of course." Diluc turned around and picked out a glass, pouring some dandelion wine in it, he handed it to you.

"So miss (y/n), how did you meet our lovely Diluc?" Kaeya rested his chin on his hand.

"Uhh..and you are?" You raised an eyebrow.
"Oh how rude of me, I'm captain Kaeya, nice to meet you miss (y/n)" he proudly smiled.

"Likewise" you have him a small smile before continuing to drink your wine.

The rest of the day went with you being in the tavern, spending time with Kaeya an diluc.
They were actually fun to be around.

Maybe it's not gonna be so bad in mond after all...
