Turning Point

The taxi reached my place at around 10 in the night. I paid him and got both me and Toga down the car and quietly walk back to my mom's apartment. Ah...its been so long since I've came back here. Since UA introduce their dormitory system, we weren't really allowed to come back as we pleased, only during semester breaks. I quickly shut the door as I did not want anyone to see her. I placed Toga's backpack on the couch. I gently put her down on my bed. She looked so upset, her face wasn't that eerily happy look I've seen in the past...something must've happened. I know she runs with the league and they're being hunted down now so there's no way she would just get out of hiding. This is wrong...I should just turn her in, is it because, no that's not right, she's a villain. Ah, my emotions get the best of me. I'm still a bit heartbroken, maybe.

'Hey...' I said.

'Why...why did you bring me back?' She asked.

'I couldn't just leave you to freeze by the sidewalk.' I said. 

'My whole body is so weak...ah...' She groaned

'Why are you in the cold this late at night? Isn't it dangerous for you to just come out like this, the league's being hunted down.' I said.

'...more importantly, shouldn't you just turn me in?' She scoffed

'You speak like...you seem upset.' I said.

'...n-not now, my whole body's burning..' She groaned as she lie back down onto the bed.

'Let me take your temperature...' I said. I went to the medical cabinet, took a thermometer and went back to her. She weakly opened her mouth so I could stick a thermometer to take her temperature. She had fangs, the first time I saw those pair of fangs in her teeth's. Why do they suit her face so well.

'Man...37.5 degrees. I'm no doctor but yeah, that's a fever.' I said.

'Heh...too cold isn't it?' She said. As soon as I took the thermometer out...

'ACTCHOO!' She sneezed. 

'O-oh...sorry, My nose isn't feeling too good either...' She said.

'How long have you been in the cold?' I asked.

'I-I don't know...2 maybe 3 hours of aimless wandering...man I'm really out of breath...' She said.

'Hey I got some fever tablets and some meds for the cold, here have some water too.' I said.

'Thanks...'She took the meds and gulped it down with some water.

'The meds are a bit strong, so you might feel drowsy.' I said.

'Doesn't matter...I need some sleep anyways, been sometime since I'm able to sleep on something this comfy.' She said.

'Let me help you with your coat.' I said. I blushed a bit as I took off her coat for her.

'Y-your so nice to me...' She faintly smiled at me.

'Um...yeah, you should get some shut eyes.' I said it to change the topic.

'Wow...your an all might fanboy...' She said after seeing a bunch of all might figurines and posters in my room. The bedsheets all might too.

'I see him as my idol, he's just so great.' I said.

Just before she lay down on my bed, she got back up.

'W-wait, if I sleep in your place where do you sleep then?' She asked.

'Just on the mattress on the floor. Its fine, I need to stretch my back anyways.' I said.

'You sure you don't want to just sleep with me~' She gave me a weak smirk with her sleep eyes. I blushed madly at what she just said.
