Trade deal

Maxwell had sighed as he looked at Dalis. Seeing him on the floor sleeping in the smallest amount of clothes and one thin blanket. It was the middle of winter. It's too cold for that. Maxwell then noticed a woman cuddling up to him. He must have gotten way to drunk to even remember he was gay.

He had sat up and threw on some boxers, walking over to Dalis and picking him up, putting him in a sweater Maxwell had worn the night before and some of his own sweatpants.

The demon then laid back down holding the human on his chest with a small smile. Dalis was fast asleep and more than happy now, smiling in his sleep as he turned a slight pink. That was cute to Maxwell, causing him to blush in return. Closing his eyes and yawning.

"Max, honey, get that thing off you." A woman growled, waking Maxwell from his slumber. Causing him the growl in return. "Don't tell me what to bitch. I'll make sure you pay gor anything you say. And get the fuck out of my bed."

Maxwell was pissed. But he wasn't sure why. He wasn't falling for Dalis, was he? No. Impossible, the human was only a toy to him. Nothing more, nothing less. At least, that's how it was. Maxwell had thought about the fact that Dalis had a lot more freedom, wasn't as sad about being here, and was even helping run the kingdom.

The woman got mad and pushed Dalis off the bed, waking him up. She went and pinned Maxwell down, her eyes glowing a deep crimson. "I want you, and I get what I want. So don't test me Maxwell." All Maxwell could do is lay there and look pissed. But Dalis got mad and grabbed her hair and pulled her off, beating her face in.

"Don't touch my king! He is mine and i wont hesitate to destroy you. I'm not a thing either, I'm Dalis. And I love the king with my heart, body, and soul." Maxwell just turned a darker red and pulled Dalis into a deep kiss, the woman nearly passed out from what Dalis did. Dalis looked ready to cry.

"My kin-!?"

"Max. You don't have to call me king anymore Dalis. And your no longer my pet. Your just mine, if you want to be anyways."

Hearing that made Dalis' hear flutter like you wouldn't believe. Dalis just nodded and gave a teary and yet happy smile. "Max... Your the best, even when I was just a pet to you. For a demon your so kind and caring for me."

Maxwell had to stop himself from feeling like he was the asshole for years. But Dalis had an idea. "Max, I want a ring that will show that your mine... I don't want anyone else getting too close to you. And I will have the same ring." Maxwell smiled at that and nodded, snapping and having a ring on both their right ring fingers. "This will be our symbol to everyone. And once i plan to marry you you'll have a better one on your left hand."

Dalis had looked at a clock and then jumped. "Ah! I have the trade deal with prince James in ten minutes! I need to get dressed and shower. I also need to eat. I didn't think i would wake so late..."

Maxwell laughed at this. And nodded. "I'll make something for you to eat and you shower and get dressed. We can have all that done in ten minutes." Dalis smiled and kissed Maxwell on the cheek and ran off to the shower.

At the meeting~

Dalis had sighed as he sat across from James. Getting such a creepy and unsettling smile. "So want to come with me yet? I gave you a year and a half." Dalis groaned. "I told you. I'm not leaving Max. You can try all you want, but I won't leave my love." James growled as Dalis slid him a folder. "These are things we want from the human realm as well as things we would be willing to trade them for."

James opened it and his eyes went wide and he stood up. "We wont do these trades. They don't benefit us!" Dalis closed his eyes as he smiled. "Prince James. Those trades will benefit us both. If you were looking for a better deal on your end then give us better things to work with. You only are offering spices and clothes/fabrics. That's bot worth much more than stated in the list. So please consider that part."

Maxwell walked in with Dalis's breakfast and smiled. "Here you go Dalis. Sorry to have you eat in the meeting. But it took a hit to cook." James looked at the rings and growled. "You can't be with the demon, Dalis. It's not legal for mix race couples." Dalis just began to eat, letting Maxwell deal with it. "He can be with me in my kingdom as he lives with us now. Don't talk to him about anything but the trades."

James had sat back down and looked like he was going to go insane, so he looked to Dalis and as Maxwell walked out he put holy seals all over the room. Pinning Dalis down to the table. "You will be mine bitch. You can't escape fate. Now, tell the demon you want to leave. You want to see your sister alone. Seeing as she made it through the death thing. She wants to see you. Got it? Then you are to come with me and marry immediately."

Dalis froze in fear and sadness. He then screamed for Maxwell and cried. Hearing a banging on the door. "Dalis?! Dalis are you alright?! Bastard! Don't you dare touch my Dalis!" James laughed and smirked. "Maxwell... I-Im fine. I just got scared by a spider. I killed it." Dalis had an extremely shaky voice as James licked up his face. "Bullshit. I can't get in the room so something is wrong."
