Jackie set the bag down, sighing and pulling off her hood. She couldn't help but smile; this was the most fun she's had since the science lab caught on fire. She glanced at the clock, which read 10:00 PM. She sighed, running her hands through her hair, noticing her braid had undone during the chase.
She should probably go to bed since there was school tomorrow, but she obviously wasn't tired. She went into the bathroom, undressing and stepping into the shower. She watched the excess paint fade from her hands and face. She spent about 5 minutes then shut off the water, drying off. She went to her room and threw on her pajamas. She looked at the black hoodie and jeans that lay sprawled on her bed. Lame... She thought.
If she wanted to be a vandal, she needed a better appearance too. She took her phone and looked up pictures for inspiration, while also turning the TV on. The news came on, but she wasn't paying attention; she knew exactly what she was going to wear.
Jackie sprinted to her room and the basement where all the fabric was: her mother used to be a fashion desgner. She sat at the table, watching the TV as she sewed. Nothing interesting until there was a caption that read: "They're at it again."
She looked at the TV while the story of a group of very well-known vandals called Rebellion Uprising broke all of the windows to one of the Prime Minister's many houses. The also did amazing graffiti (Jackie thought so, anyway) all over a working facility. She's heard of this group before, but she never really took it seriously until now. I wonder what it would be like to be as famous as them...
After a few more hours of putting her outfit together, she looked at it with satisfaction. Sure, it was a bit revealing, but it's worth it. She tried it on and it fit perfectley. Her mother's skilled must have rubbed off on her. She went to the mirror, and thought something was missing. Even though her hat was covering most of her hair, it needed something. She sighed, taking out some scissors.
"I was going to cut my hair soon anyway..." She murmured before she began to cut her hair. She went steadily, trying to keep the length as even as possible. After she was done, she smiled at herself, very proud of her job. Next, she tried posing in the mirror, trying to find a signature gesture she would have if she was caught and could escape. Finally, she found one and was done. (Completed picture of Jackie on the right :D -->)
Jackie got back into her pajamas and went to bed, excited for tomorrow night.
~Time Skip~
As soon as the bell rang for the end of school, Jackie rushed out of the art studio. She quickly went to her locker, and ran down the stairs with Miles close behind her.
"H-hey, stupid, not so fast!" Jackie thought it was funny he tried to keep up with her. She slid down the railing and had an ungraceful landing. She huffed and caught her balance.
"I really need to work on my landings..." She muttered before going out the front doors. Miles stood there, dumbfounded, yet suspicious. Jackie had stopped by the science lab to ask the teacher if she could borrow some supplies. She went home and went to the kitchen. She added Potassium Nitrate and Sugar and stuff with match heads and stuffed them into a piece of cloth, tieing the end. She did this a few more times, then went outside, holding the ball in her hand. She threw it on the ground, and it exploded, and a swarm of smoke and ashes shot up in front of her. Jackie smiled.
She made about two more of those, then and but them in a pouch on the new outfit's belt, which was lying on the bed. She grabbed her pocket knife off of her shelf, for defense. Jackie glanced out the window, about 5 more minutes until sunset.
She decided to do her homework to pass the time. Fortunately, she didn't have much. The sky was darkening by the time she finished. She smirked and got changed into her outfit. She put the pocket knife in her...pocket. Before she went out officially, she practiced parkour on her house, leaping onto her roof and dropping down. She got the feel of jumping down from high places. The sky had darkened greatly, and it was time. She grabbed her shoulder bag and headed out.
