"You dork. This song I swear-"
"You like it don't you?" He smirked again. He knew what he was doing
Song playing: Electric love by Børns
He swayed slowly at first, pointing to you as the song started.
"Candy, shes sweet like candy in my viens" Denki sang along, 'Baby, I'm dyin' for another taste" And with those lyrics he left a soft kiss on your lips only to pull away and start singing again.
"And every night my mind is running around her" at 'her' he pointed to you
"Baby you're like lightning in a bottle, I can't let you go now that I got it-"
Oh fuck it. You ran over to him and followed his movements, his stupid little dances
"And all I need is to be struck by your electric loooooove"
Everything felt like it was in slow motion, Denki's body let out small sparks and bolts that surronded you guys as you sung and dance. There was only you two in that moment, only his embrace even if he wasn't touching you at all, you felt at home with him.
You grabbed him by his shirt, pulled him in so close that when you mouthed "Baby, your electric love" your lips grazed barley on his. As soon as you spun around to start dancing, he grabbed you and dipped you, landing a kiss on your lips that made your knees go weak. Only he could do that.
"You're the only person who can light up my world. A bit cheesy but I mean it heh.."
".. Cmon dork"
"Where are we going? Alaska?"
"Wha- DOWNSTAIRS IDIOT-"
"WELL YOU COULD'VE CLARIFIED THAT!"
You both laughed as you ran out the room, Denki grabbing his phone and running down the stairs nearly falling but you both made it to the kitchen out of breath. He slid his phone on the counter and grabbed a spoon from a nearby drawer.
"Feel your energy rushing through meeee!" He sang as the spoon went by his mouth acting as a microphone
When you were about to press record on your phone, Denki lifted your head up and mouthed the next words (still with the spoon):
"Baby, you're like lightning in a bottle, I can't let you go now that I got it"
He closed his eyes and he began singing,
"All a-a-a-all I need is to be stuck by your electric lo-"
The singing was silenced by a kiss you pulled him into. He gripped lightly onto your waist and pulled you in closer. A hand slipped under the hoodie, moving to your lower back and keeping you in that close postion. You felt small zaps around you and mainly from the contact of his lips. When you both seperated you saw sparks flying off of him again.
"Jeez.. you gotta give me a warning if you're gonna kiss me like that"
A soft giggle came out and your cheeks were a light shade of red. His hand slipped back out of the hoodie and both hands moved on the side of your legs, pulling you into his waist so he can carry you.
"Where are we going? Alaska?" You playfully joked
"Oh yeah, definitely" He laughed n fell back onto the soft cushions and you fell right ontop of him
"Well, this is way better than Alaska"
He moved wisps of hair out of your face and quickly kissed your nose, "I sure hope it is"
You nuzzled your head into his neck and let yourself relax on him as he wrapped his arms around you. When you inhaled, he exhaled. Your breathing fit his, it was perfect. More than perfect.
"It'll be better than anything.. ever.."
Your exhusted body rested on his, and you fell asleep on the love of your life, your only light.
