Its 5 am /and I'm happy
And I don't know what to do with it /with being happy/it's foreign/it scares me
It's as if a bubble is surrounding me/with pretty pastel colours /with hearts on sleeve/with knowing that it could hurt/maybe it will/but still doing it anyway /the rush/the adrenaline/the calm/
But it's also sweet/sweet like cotton skies/do those even exist/
All that I've never known/Something that should scare me/make me run away/
but I'm still here/Holding onto it/strongly /with pastel blue feelings /with the hope that it will stay/
I hope it does/
With my heart on my sleeve/with glittery eyes/tears in the wake/with all the love in this forsaken universe /
/I hope it stays/
