ᴋʏᴜꜱᴇɪ  ᴘᴏᴠ:

Hi, I'm Asami Kyusei, libero for the inarizaki girls' volleyball club. Right now I'm in volleyball practice, the coach called us over before we started practice.

"Alright we'll be having a joint practice with the boys' team today, we're going to test our skills and have somewhat of a practice match with them." The coach told the team. There were protests and such until my best friend, Eiko Takai, spoke up "They're like way taller than us though, we'll be at a disadvantage." Everyone stopped talking and looked towards the coach again. "Yes, that's true, it means if we beat them, we can beat everyone." Honestly it could be true, but it's a sort of strange. Either way we started heading over to the boys' gym. Eiko made her way over to me with her hands behind her neck hanging down. "What do you think about this?" I asked her. "Honestly it doesn't matter, I doubt we'll actually win," 

We continued to talk until we got to the gym, the captain opened up the door and the boys were practicing. Me and Eiko walked in about last and she nudged me, "There's their libero," I looked over, whenever we faced other schools I would look for their libero, just scouting the competition, but this time she was implying about crushing on him. "Eh, he's ok-" That's when he looked over at us after receiving a spike. We made eye contact and my heart skipped a beat, I felt my cheeks heat up a bit as I broke the eye contact and looked towards Eiko who was snickering. "asami's got a crush ~" she teased, she always does this. "Oh be quiet" I said as we lined up with the rest of the team.

"Thank you for the game!"

Me, Eiko, Hana our setter, Aoi our ace and captain, Sakura, one of our wing spikers, and kaede another middle blocker were the starting lineup. Aoi was up to serve and she did a jump float serve, their libero seemed hesitant but he received it shakily and set it to their setter, Atsumu Miya, he sent to his twin and tried to spike it but it only meet the top of Eiko's hands and he met her intense glare, that was her specialty, her glare, it intimidated her upperclassman multiple times and she could jump the same height as a person who was 5'9 ", possibly higher. The ball slid off her hand creating a one-touch as I recieved the ball shooting it to hana who looked over to aoi as she ran up to the net indicating sending to her.The middle blockers jumped up as Hana did a setter dump, scoring our team a point. We got through a few of their blocks as they earned some points as well. I checked the scoreboard quickly. 13-14. us in the lead. Eiko was up to serve, she did a plain jump serve, but it was strong and quick. Their libero received it but it reflected off his arms to out of bounds as we gained another point. I saw eiko be lined up with their middle blocker who's in her and my class. Suna Rintarou, he sits behind her. [sorry I focused on not a lot in this-]

Unsurprisingly, the boys' team had won two sets while we had won only one set. Afterwards Kaede, walked over to Atsumu since they are friends, from what I've heard, she came back over to me, eiko, and sakura grinning. "Ok so are you guys cool with sleeping over at the miya twins' place tomorrow. Me and Eiko looked over at Sakura, who has a crush on Osamu, blush as we then look at eachother and snicker then eiko answers for both of us. "Sure, me and asami can go." Kaede smiled even more, if thats possible, then looked over at sakura "y-yea sure." Sakura is really shy, after yelling at atsumu that we can make it, she looked back over at us again. "Oh also suna and akagi will be there" she smirked at us, I could feel my face heating up a bit, "thats cool" Eiko answered, i looked over at her, her cheeks were slightly flushed. We then went over to the girls' gym to get our stuff, me and eiko walked with each other as she brought up the sleepover, "you excited for tomorrow?" she asked, "I guess, do you want to sleepover tonight?" She nodded as she picked up her bag, eiko and we are really close as well as our parents, so she'll sleepover randomly as well as I sleepover at her house. We started walking to her house as she packed a bag for tonight and tomorrow night as she changed into a gray sweatshirt and black 'boy' shorts. We walked over to my house as my mom greeted her and we go to my room. Eiko dropped her bags on the floor and got on my bed and sat 'indian style' as she smirked at me as I got on the bed. "What?" I ask her. "you like akagi don't you?" I could feel my face flush a bit as I look over at her "so what if I do? You like suna ~" I teased, and her face flushed "do not!" she retorted, she always denies her feelings, it's what she does. We teased eachother until around 4am, after that we passed out, just to wake up at 6.
