A few days passed, Bakugou was discharged from the hospital a day and a half after going, and Midoriya has finally been discharged. He's not able to do any extreme activities for a week, but he never really did much anyways. Inko picks up Midoriya from the hospital and takes him back home, the car was silent the entire time... They get back home and food is on the table. "Eat sweetie" Inko said to her son in a soft tone. Midoriya replied "I'm really not that hungry mom..." Inko walks over to Izuku and gently cups his face. "Please Izuku. You've had nothing but hospital junk for almost a week now. It's your favorite...just eat." Looking at her teary eyes, Izuku turns and walks to the table. They both sit at the table, "I'm sorry mom." Izuku said "I'm so sorry". His eyes started to tear up. "Never apologize for something like this. It wasn't your fault." They begin to eat and change the subject to something easier to talk about.
They finished eating and Izuku and Inko cleaned everything up from dinner. "Are you tired at all Izuku?" Inko asked. Izuku replied, his voice a little shaky from crying, "y-yea. A little" he smiled. Izuku started for his room. "Can I help you, mom?" Izuku said turning around, seeing Inko following him. Inko looked at him "I just want to make sure you're okay, sorry" she began to walk away. "Wait!" Izuku said suddenly, looking down. "C-can you stay in h-here until I fall asleep..." Inko smiled at the words, "of course, anything for you" she hugged him.
