Are You Jellie?

"Jellie, where are you?" Scar asked. He had left his cat at home but when he returned he was nowhere to be seen. "Jellie? JELLIE!" He immediately became stressed. Jellie was his life, his passion, and now he was gone. He decided to ask Grian if he knew. After all, he was the only one on the server besides him that had cats.

"Hey Grian," Scar said in distress. 

"Hey Scar, you sound like you're in trouble. What's going on?" Grian asked, oblivious to the whole situation. 

"I can't find Jellie! Do you know where he went?" Scar replied, still in distress.

"No, I don't. Don't worry, though, I'm going to find him. Trust me, you're in good hands." Grian tried to calm his friend down. 

"Well, that's nice to hear. Come to my base when you find him!" Scar ended the call, feeling lighter now that he knew Grian was on the case.

In reality, though, Grian got a bit sidetracked. He launched out of his base with newly repaired elytra, looking among the land for Scar's beloved cat. Out of kicks and giggles though he decided to check Mumbo's base, because why not?

"Hey Mumbo! I'm looking for Jellie but I wanted to come around for kicks and gig-" Grian cut his voice off by the appearance of Mumbo petting the bottom of Scar's cat. 

"Oh hey Grian," Mumbo said, in no rush whatsoever. "I found Jellie and I decided that it would be safer if he stayed here and Scar bring him home."

"Well, Scar told me to bring him home myself," Grian replied. "Now, c'mon give me Jellie so I can return him."

"C'mon, you want to pet him at least once, right?" Mumbo asked, Grian giving up and having a seat.

A few hours later, Scar became really worried. Grian wasn't coming back anytime soon and he actually thought Jellie was gone forever. Still in denial, he took flight to the sky and scanned the land. 

Eventually, Scar looked just about everywhere except Mumbo's base. He purposely skipped it because he thought there would be no way that Jellie was there. But he decided to check there as a last resort, resenting himself at the fact he lost Jellie. He walked around his sterile environment until he heard purring.

He swiftly walked and peaked around the corner to see Mumbo and Grian playing with Jellie, obviously forgetting their duties. 

"Break it up, you two lovebirds," interrupted Scar, catching Mumbo and Grian red-handed.

"We're not lovers you know," Mumbo retaliated. "What, you Jellie?" Mumbo made himself crack up a little bit.

"Oh that was terrible," Grian replied. Scar cringed at the joke. "Sorry I didn't come, I was distracted because you know I love cats." At the same time, his heart was racing. Lovebirds was not correct, but honestly, LOVEBIRD wasn't wrong either. At this point he was crushing over Mumbo, and the way he wrote his song was reflecting that. 

He gave Scar the cat and launched away, Jellie purring as a goodbye.

"So, now that Scar is away, should I leave or something?" Grian asked. 

"Uhh, I guess we can stay here but, uhh, I don't know what to do," Mumbo replied.
