A Crush

RECAP- "Wait-that was just to make me flustered?!" He yells. "Mmmhmm" you say grinning.

TIME SKIP (A FEW DAYS AFTER YOU MET HANAKO)

Hanako POV

Sunny's just finished school, she walks in and I immediately hug her

"Sunny!!" I shout when she walks in. " She smells good. "Your hair smells really good!" I say to her. She blushes a bit " Thanks! I use rose herbal esscens! I love smelling like roses!" She tells me. She smiles at me, I blush a bit, I don't know why but there is just something about her that makes me very happy. 

"How was your day?" I ask. 

"Pretty not bad" She says thoughtfully. "Better now that I'm here with my bestie!" She says with a wink. I blush some more. She looks worried. 

"Hey, are you okay? You're so red! Are you feeling alright?" she asks. She gets closer to me. My heart races as she gets closer, I don't move I stand there, I feel the heat rush to my face. She's so close to me. She puts her hand on my forehead. 

"You burning up!" She says. "I wonder. . ." she mumbles. Before I can ask she puts her head on my chest. My heart speeds up so fast its a good thing I'm dead. I turn even redder (If that's even possible!) 

"You heart!" She exclaims "It's beating so fast!! Are you okay?!" She says taking my hand. 

Wait! Do I LIKE Sunny?! Is that why this is happening?! Why I'm burning up and why my heart is racing?! Do I have feelings for her?! I think

The look on her face, it's filled with concern and worry. I'm screwed. I think I DO ! I like Sunny!! well if that's the case, I can't tell her, she'd only shoot me down and stop coming to visit me! Wait there's still hope! She was blushing when she was close to me too! She might like me back! I realize with shock I'm pulled back to reality with a sucker punch in the stomach. I sit on the floor of the bathroom winded, it's a good 5 minuets be fore I can even speak again. I look up at her and she looks irritated. 

"I was talking to you and you just ignored me!!" A few seconds later she apologizes for punching me

"I'm so sorry you aren't felling well and I just punched you in the gut!! I feel really bad will you forgive me?"  I decide to play it up to see what she will do

"Yea, I'm ok *coughing fit, gasp* Damn you got me good, I forgive you-" I say weakly and then pretend to pass out "Oh my gosh!!! Ok you need me here," She says and then pulls out her phone "Mom. Can I stay at the school tonight?" she says "kay. mhmm. ok. Got it I'll pick up some stuff from the house and come back. bye." She says, it sounds like her mom hates her! Wow. She writes a note for me incase I 'wake up' while she's gone. then she sprints out of the room.
