"Good morning to you too, sleepyhead" Hoseok mumbled, sitting near the kitchen counter while he surrounded himself with books as he saw Taehyung stumble down his staircase looking very confused.

"morning hyung. w-what happened?" the younger groaned, his head pounding as a headache started to form.

"Here, have this. It's aspirin, don't worry. It'll reduce the headache and possible fever you're forming" Hoseok spoke, handing the male a cup of green tea and medicine.

"you still didn't answer my question, though." Taehyung spoke, after swallowing the small tablet and glancing up as he saw the older cook up some breakfast.

"Well to put it short—You decided to take my phone with you while you left yours with me. By the time I realized it I was already home and I didn't know where you'd be since I've never been to your house. So my smart ass tracked my phone down and found you looking absolutely exhausted on a park bench. Wanna explain that or..?"

Hoseok trailed off raising an eyebrow as he turned around and he stared at the ebony haired male, leaning against the countertop and watched the younger—who was fiddling with his fingers, under the table.

"I'm okay, I promise" Taehyung mumbled.

"Now that's the worst lie I've ever heard, Bambi." Hoseok sighed, moving his way to stand in front of the younger and cupped his cheeks. The younger sporting a small blush from the nickname.

"I understand if you don't want to tell me, but the timer on your wrist already gave me a hunch on what could be happening and based on the yellow eviction notice that was in your pocket I'm positive your living conditions aren't the best, either" Hoseok stated, his hand grazing over the younger's timer as he noticed the panic grow in the other's usually warm irises.

Taehyung gasped pulling away from the male's grasp," how did you- I need to g-get out. I- I'm" he heaved stumbling in his steps as he tried to maneuver his way out.

"hey, hey." Hoseok whispered holding his arm out to catch the other before he hurt himself. He held Taehyung by the waist, in a hug, as the younger thrashed around in his hold.

"Calm down, Tae. I don't want you hurting yourself. It's okay Bambi, I got you." He murmured, effectively calming the other down after a few minutes of wearing himself out.

Taehyung sighed and rested his forehead against the elder's firm chest, feeling the familiar sting in his eyes indicating he was close to tears.

"Tae-Tae calm down for me yeah? Calm down for momma. It's okay, darling I got you." Little Taehyung blinked up at his mom, finally registering his surroundings.

His doe eyes grew confused as he stared up at his momma's tear stained cheeks.

"M-momma cry?" He stuttered adorably, his little fists reaching forth and cupping her dampened cheeks.

"No no, baby. Momma's okay. Daddy just got a little bit mad, today." She whispered rocking both their bodies together, hissing ever so slightly when her four-year old son hugged her.

His little hands grazing over the bruise her husband had caused.

"Da hurt momma?" Taehyung asked his brows furrowed cutely in frustration. He gasped softly when he saw his momma's eyes well up with tears.
